INFORMATION DESK

An information desk will be located at the entrance of the Parc des Expositions, Hall 2. It will enable you:

 To get any information needed regarding the Indoor event planning, accommodation and camping facilities, etc …

 To confirm registration

Engagement forms will only be given to pilots who have paid their engagement and can show their 2016 licence card.

Bikes will enter the Hall 3. It will be the same for the National teams in the paddock. It will be forbidden to circulate with a bike in all areas open to the public. The paddock will be strictly forbidden to the public. In case of verbal or physical incident, the Indoor organisation may decide to exclude people involved.

For National Teams, 2 badges will be delivered at the information desk. Information desk opening hours :

o Friday : 7.00 pm - 10.00 pm

o Saturday / Sunday : from 8.00 am

REGISTRATION

Each federation will receive, from the FFC, an entry form which will have to be sent back to Jonathan NOYANT ([email protected]).

The deadline for registration is set on Wednesday February 10th, 2016 (For any registration received after Wednesday February 10th, 2016, a late fee will be applied (National Rule). Late registrations can only be accepted if there is still free space on the moto sheets.)

Payment of entries in cash at registration control by the chef d’equipe NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE.

PLATES

Each BMX bike will have to be equipped with a lateral registration plate, in addition to its frontal plate. The lateral plate will be used for arrival checks with finish snapshots.

Any participant whose bike is not equipped with a legal lateral plate will not be allowed to compete, nor to take part to test races.

Numbers sticked on the frame are forbidden (ref. BMX Championship rules about lateral plates).

REWARDS

Trophies and prizes will be given to the 3 first pilots of each category on the podium during the Award Ceremony.

Tickets will be delivered by the organization and given to the 4th_{to 8}th_{pilots at the end}

of finals, allowing them to get their prizes out of the Award Ceremony. In Cruiser races only, the 8 first pilots will be also rewarded.

Not removed during the awards weekend will be transferred to the fact Caen BMX and or the pilot can no longer claim his reward

CAR PARK

The car park located nearby the parc des expositions will be free for cars and camping-cars.

FOOD

A restaurant area will be managed by the event organization during the 2-days competition:

 Take away : sandwiches, drinks, …

 Hot meals

We will do our best to propose typical Normandy food : french fries (fresh !), « tripes à la mode de Caen », « andouille » and a lot of other food produce of our region.

SECURITY

Security will be ensured by the local police but the organiser cannot be made responsible for any theft or damage which may occur in the car-park, in the hall or in the race-park.

We kindly ask camping-car owners to take care of their neighbours and not to occupy a larger place than allowed in the car park.

We advise you to book rooms in one of the Louvre group hotels which is our partner for the event.

Caravaning is allowed in the Parc des Expositions area and free of charge. No services are provided : eg. no electricity.
