SAP Tempo Box lets mobile users access and share both personal business content (such as meeting notes or draft documents) and enterprise business content residing in enterprise content management repositories (such as contracts, reports, and policy documents).

Users of both SAP and non-SAP software can access key content regardless of where and how it is generated. You can drag and drop an e-mail into a virtual folder within Microsoft Outlook, for example, and automatically make that e-mail available within the SAP software interface for a particular project. You can add enterprise content to your folder for SAP Tempo Box, interact with that content, and

have it automatically synchronized on your desktop and mobile devices.

When you use SAP Tempo Box with SAP Extended ECM, you can set specific rules for accessing and sharing. Content administra-tors can control content down to individual folders and determine which users have access to that content.

You have complete control over document versioning, audit controls, and other content management processes. By reserving docu-ments, you can prevent other users from changing them while you are working on them.
