1. Deleting Fact Find Data
Following the removal of the Delete permission for all users earlier this year this has caused some issues where client reviews are completed and it is not possible to remove historic Fact Find data that may not be relevant in the new sale, e.g. repaid loans or credit cards.
A change has been made to enable this type of data to be removed and includes the following areas:
Client Cont. > Dependants Client Cont. > Previous Address Financials > Other Income Financials > Credit History Financials > Commitments
2. Password Rules
Additional rules have been introduced when setting passwords to improve security access to the Key. The rules are:
Must not contain Username (current) Must contain numbers and letters (current) Must use upper and lower case letters (new)
Must not contain more than 2 sequential characters (new) Must not contain more than 2 repeated characters (new)
In addition new users will be forced to change their password to one of their choice.
3. Sesame Insure MPPI - Weblink
Following the change of provider of Sesame Insure MPPI to Canopius Managing Agents Limited and launch of the new website the weblink within the Insurance Fact Find has been amended. To access the new website select PPI as a need within the Cover Required tab and after entering relevant data click the ASU/PPI Quote button.
Select OK and the new website will be displayed.
All advisers have already been activated as new users. In the ‘Email address’ field type in your normal email address. In the ‘Your password’ field you should type in the word password
On first login you will be prompted to change your password - you will not be able to access the system unless you follow the instructions and create a new password.
If you have any access issues to the new website please phone the contact centre on 0845 122 1515.
NB: the Sesame Insure MPPI integration only provides a link to the website and does not pre-populate any client data or return any documentation to the Key.
4. Other Enhancements
Sale Selection Screen
The “Sale Selection” screen, where the client’s fact find is selected and opened, has been amended to include a new field entitled Type of Sale’. This dropdown field allows the user to confirm whether the sale has taken place ‘in person’ (face to face) or remotely, such as by phone.
User Signature
The Key now allows for a signature ‘image’ to be associated with a user’s profile. This image can then be inserted into documents as a facsimile of the user’s signature.
To add the Signature Image goto Setup > Users and open the relevant user (this can only be completed by users with “Add/Edit User“ permission
Click on the ‘Signature’ button to navigate to an image file that represents the user’s signature.
Once added, save the details as usual. The signature image will appear within the User Details>Documents tab.
To add the Signature Image to a Document insert the merge code <<SIG>> into a document template in Setup > Letters as shown below:
Worklists
When a product is closed an enhancement has been made to run a check for any outstanding tasks. If any are present the user will be prompted with a dialogue box stating “Do you wish to retain the worklist functionality after closure, or close outstanding items?”, with options to ‘Retain Worklist’ and ‘Close Items’
‘Close Items’ will mark any outstanding tasks as not required. ‘Retain Worklist’ will still close the product, but the worklist functionality will remain accessible.
Insurance Leads
The lead details for insurance cases has been enhanced to provide support for more
information for each insurance type. It is now possible to record a separate ‘Sum Assured’ for both building and contents cover. No such sum is associated with ‘Family’, ‘Mortgage’ or ‘Income’, as these details are established throughout the course of the fact find.
When converting a lead with insurance information into a client, the appropriate fact find type will be selected and, where possible, data automatically imported into the fact find according to the following rules:
Client Header Detail
The client(s) date of birth and current age have been added to the header detail (where name, address and contact details are shown)
Client > Case Search
The ‘Case Search’ functionality has been extended to search for the following items within the Case/Contract Ref field:
Mortgage: Application/Submission reference, Mortgage Account number, Case Ref, eNBS Sesame Sale Reference.
Insurance: Case Reference, Contract number/Policy number, eNBS Sesame Sale Reference.
5. Fixes
Insurance Premiums in Budget Planner
A fix has been applied to ensure that the premiums for all product types recorded in Existing Plans populate through to the Budget Planner
