As a growth hacker, I'm continuously analyzing the key metrics of the company using code I write, and working to improve them. The tools I use are Ruby, Python, R, and Tableau. I built and continue to build a system of client and prospect intelligence using a combination of Ruby and Python, taking advantage of social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to monitor everything said by and about our client and prospects. For more on how I use data to improve our KPIs, please see my presentation: Understanding Clients Better Through Data: http://www.slideshare.net/intridea/understanding-clients-better-through-data-full
