THE BASICS OF DILROOM

DilRoom is a virtual data room solution accessible in SaaS mode (Software As A Service)

which secures, accelerates and simplifies the sharing and distribution of sensitive or

confidential information.

Assisted implementation

The creation wizard makes the process of setting up the data room extremely simple (importing a folder structure with automatic indexing, importing contacts via an Excel file, selecting notification options and configuring the Q&A feature).

Managing permissions by user

group and folder

To control access to documents as precisely as possible, DilRoom allows you to define rights to carry out specific actions for specific groups of users and specific folders.

Read-only previewing

To guarantee permanent control over the files distributed, DilRoom includes an online previewing tool so that files can be shared with read-only access.

File protection

When PDF documents are previewed online, a watermark is automatically superimposed over each page of the docu-ment indicating the date and user name.

File DRM

This module provides dynamic remote control over which actions can be carried out on downloaded PDF files (opening the file, preventing printing and preventing screen capture).

Notification management

A notification system configurable at user level to provide smooth access to shared files.

Temporary suspension of access

Access to the whole data room can be suspended tempo-rarily with a single click. All your contacts will automatically be informed whenever the data room closes and reopens.

The manager can moderate the questions: blocking questions, answering them himself or passing them on to an expert. The questions are not visible to other contacts until an answer is given. The person who answers can choose whether to publish the reply to the whole data room, a particular group or only the enquirer.

This module is dedicated to the manager. Reports are gene-rated on buyers' activities (the most viewed documents, the most downloaded files, the keywords most searched for etc.) and can be exported in Excel or PDF format. The manager can filter the report by group (to compare groups) and date (with one week by default) and send the report to the persons concerned automatically.
