In the beginning, we would like to give many
thanks to DR Mohamad Abou EI-Nasr for him
effort and supports through the project doing in
. the past years.
Many thanks for the staff of the AAST who
educated us and for their patience dowering and
their cooperation, in these critical years.
Last but not least, we would like to thank our
families for their love and supports.
Their faith and patience which got us throwgh
the highs and lows and their faith enough
motivated us to the very end.
Abstract
A PC-based home security system for monitoring the environment surrounding a PC in order to detect suspicious or uncharacteristic events. The PC-based home security system first monitors the environment, listening and watching for a threshold event. When a threshold event is detected, the PC-based home security system then conducts close surveillance of the environment in order to detect and characterize additional events. When the accumulated detected events exceed some threshold value, the PC-based home security system determines that a suspicious or uncharacteristic set of events has occurred. diagnoses those events, and takes a remedial action appropriate to the diagnosed set of suspicious circumstances. A good home security system brings you peace of mind. We know that one of the most valuable things in your life is your family. This is why we are dedicated to not only offering the latest and best security options for the home, but also providing the best service in maintaining the safety of your loved ones. We can offer, install and service a wide range of security options including: systems, motion detectors, video surveillance, safes, vaults, intercoms, and more. Our strongest attribute is not neccessarily the wide range of products we know, but our ability to consult you as to which options are the best for your home. The only thing worse than spending too much money on options you don't really need, is to NOT have the safety features you truly need, until it's too late. (17)
The problem of the previous project as how taked the picture of person that detect by motion sensor or alarm or by any type of home security system devices and the time of detected happen.
The new objectives are considered as how to know the picture of the person that is detected by any motion sensors and the time and date of that detected.
Aims of Project Including Problem Statament
*
Aims
We think in security system project to use simplest types in network which is a wired Presonal Area Network(PANs).The PANs used in this project as connect USB web carner to laptop, and we can add other devices to connect wired to the laptop or PC(for.example wired audio headsets, USB flash memory, mobile .. Etc).
The aims of project as we need to improve the preformance of project by converting to wireless security system project.
We can also do in this project a small LANs (local Area Networks) as connected the web earners to another copmuters which can control to the many web camera when first copmuter send signal to the Second computer that can switch on or operate the cameras and tak picture of the person who is moved.
Problem Statement of Project Functional
1) Distance.
2) Can't developed to wireless project due to three causes are:
1. Long distance which means very cost of the USB cable more than the network cable.
2. Very hard to manage of multi carner In different building with a single
administrator in other building.
3. If we need multi carner, so we need very high bandwidth.
