This is a new, statement development in the centre of Leeds. The Building/p.2
provides over 80,000 sq ft of Grade ‘A’ workspace as well as 10,000 sq ft of

The building
This brand new six storey building will provide BREEAM Excellent Grade ‘A’ office space on the five upper floors of circa 16,500 sq ft.

The location
The new Sovereign Square development is situated adjacent to Leeds station and in the heart of Leeds city centre. It is part of a trio of buildings with a new green space for Leeds as its focal point.
The development is well underway with KPMG due to take occupation of One Sovereign Square in Summer of 2015 and Leeds council is fully committed to delivering the gardens by Autumn 2015. This new public space will provide a link between the city centre and the South Bank proposals, which include a new city park and a terminus for the HS2 eastern route.

The gardens
