Moreover, d.3ecm meets national and inter-national compliance provisions such as GoBD or IDW PS 880.
Digital Records
Simple, clear and concise. The digital record repre-sents the basic structure for storing and managing information in d.3ecm. You can use digital records for any purpose, including customer records, con-tract records, project records, machine records, patient records etc. A selection of predefined re-cord templates makes individual customization as simple as can be.
Documents and information from various sourc-es – e-mail, ERP systems, Office applications, scanning processes, etc. – are directly allocated to existing records or, if no suitable record exists, the system automatically generates a new record. What makes this special is that no document ex-ists more than once. Also, no access can change the document as it is stored in unalterable format
