i Applications are available from the Office of Student Teaching. Take completed application to Personnel Services, Leon Co. Schools, 2757 W. Pensacola St, Tallahassee. Once you get clearance take care to Office of Student Teaching. This process takes time, so plan ahead at least one semester before you take EDF 2005.
ii Either obtain a 2.5 in Math and English Courses or take the CLAST.
iii An electronic portfolio using Task Stream program enables you to submit artifacts (assignments) online and build a portfolio of your pre-professional course of study. This is a requirement for successful completion of program.
iv The Center for Teacher Preparation to verify that all required exams and classes have been passed and that 2/3 of the electronic portfolio is complete. If requirements are met, an approval letter will be given to students, take the letter to the Office of Student Teaching, and obtain a Student Teaching Application by the deadline date.
