body, round style arm assembly and optional streamline cover. Hydraulic control shall be through separate non-critical
sweep, latch and backcheck valve adjustment. Closers shall be non-handed, suitable for regular, top jamb
and parallel arm applications with fasteners for wood and metal doors and frames. Sex nuts and bolts shall be

This unit is an add on kit that can be included as an option on new DS/DSHO arms. It also can be installed on existing
DS/DSHO arm applications using the existing threaded hole for the bumper stop and one of the mounting screw
holes. The spring cushion kit is available in 2 spring sizes, so it can be tailored to provide more effective
cushioning for specific door widths. Designed to be self aligning, this unit works with any door that
incorporates a PDQ DS/DSHO arm with a cushioned bumper (won't fit with old style metal bumper).
PDQ's Spring Cushion is manufactured with investment cast stainless steel for corrosion
resistance and durability. The spring cushion option has been extensively tested in high abuse situations, and
far exceeds the most demanding field conditions. The 999032-01/02 does not alter or decrease the strength of
the DS/DSHO arm. Hand is determined in the field and reversible for LH and RH Doors.

The PDQ 6202 Series Narrow stile Panic and Fire Rated Exit Hardware is designed for use on contemporary glass
doors in public buildings, resort hotels, stores, and all types of applications where narrow stile aluminum framing is
used. Available in 613 and 630. It is an attractive approach to door control when narrow stile doors require an
exit device. The narrow chassis design permits use on narrow stile aluminum doors where a standard device
may not fit.

The PDQ 9000 series keyed removeable mullions are for use with our 4200 and 6200 series Rim Exit Devices on
non fire or fire rated pairs of doors. They are designed for quick removal from the top bracket by a simple
operation of the rim cylinder when a clear, unobstructed large opening is required. Once the mullion is removed,
carts, gurneys, large machinery and the like can freely pass through the opening. When the
mullion is re-installed, the unit will self lock in place without the need for the key. Each keyed removable
mullion set includes top and bottom bracket set, mullion tube, and shims. Rim Cylinder is sold separately.

PDQ wants to be your total one source supplier of contract hardware materials. The introduction of a high quality PDQ
hinge is another step in this direction. PDQ hinges are available in several finishes including, 626, 605, and 630.
Available in plain bearing, ball bearing and heavy duty ball bearing, these hinges are independently tested and
meet ANSI/BHMA A156.1-2000, based on grade of hinge. Our spring hinges are UL listed.
