quantities of devices with quick delivery to stable programming of mass-produced devices, is

On-board programming by customer

• Code number markings are applied to Flash products.

• Special markings are also available.

This is a highly flexible programming method that allows the customer to rewrite

the flash microcontroller even after it has been mounted on the board.

This is a programming service characterized by fast delivery and flexibility (labeling, etc.).

Programming for NEC Electronics' flash microcontrollers is supported by programming houses both in Japan and overseas.

NEC Electronics offers programmed products, in the same manner as mask ROM products.
