MKCL Frameworks
MKCL has developed tools which are used to manage the center operations and the learning process, those tools are:
SOLAR
Web-based Framework for business coordination of the Network of Channel Partners
Web based comprehensive framework for facilitating the ease of various operations related to MKCL’s IT Literacy and Functionality programs
Administrative framework facilitates user to view the data of center, center registration, admissions, fee collection and share disbursement, examination, academics, reports,… etc.
ERA: E-learning Revolution for All
ERA “eLearning Revolution for All” is the framework developed with a view to offer high quality education uniformly across the Authorized Learning Centers. The framework has been developed to offer high quality, self paced, personalized learning experience to all learners.
ERA comprises of:
Content Design and Integration Tool (CDIT) for Content Manufacturing
Learning Content Management System (LCMS) for Learning Management and Content Management
Online Evaluation Framework (OEF) and Online Assignment Management Framework (AMS) for Online Tests
WORM
It is a network inventory and PC auditing software designed by MKCL specifically for Asset Inventory checking of ALC over WAN. Searches for all network assets with hardware and software tracking, device audit and software license management of ALC and upload it on MKCL server.
BizClient
An application which is used to manage enrolments for MICIT. It also helps users to generate different reports based on the courses, batches.

Computing resources
Technical conditions and equipment required in the Training Center
1.1-
The center must contain at least one computer lab for practical
training, that lab contain computers in proportion to the numbers
of trainees and headset for all computers. All computers must be
connected throw the wired Ethernet network in the center, And
the minimum requirements of the lab computers is:-
1.3 GHz Processor (with 512Kb L2 Cache) 40 GB Hard disk
1GB RAM
10/100 PCI Ethernet Sound Card
Keyboard and Mouse
Two Headphones per desktop 14inch SVGA Monitor or higher Windows 7 (32bit)

The allocation of a computer center to serve as a server (Server)
for the operation of the training program (ERA) in accordance with
required specifications, and be connected to the Internet and
internal network in the center. The minimum requirements of the
server specifications is:-
2.0 GHz Processor (with 512Kb L2 Cache) or above or above 2GB RAM
80 GB hard disk
10/100 Mbps Ethernet Card DVDROM Drive
Windows 2003 Standard Server with Service Pack 2 Anti-Virus

Center representative make sure that requirements are applied in center

Center representative navigate to registration link in MKCL ARABIA EGYPT

), center will be redirected to the first
registration form on SOLAR
4.
Center representative should visit MKCL ARABIA EGYPT HQ to sign the
contract
5.
Center representative should deposit in MKCL ARABIA EGYPT bank account
the amount needed to be paid for the registration or write a cheque to
MKCL Arabia Egypt Company
6.
Center representative upload payment data to SOLAR (including copy of
Deposit receipt)
7.
Center representative proceed through registration to fill center location
data and set the center location on Google map on SOLAR
8.
Center representative download and Install WORM on server and client
computers
9.
Center representative upload hardware data to SOLAR using WORM
10.
Center representative review uploaded data and approve on it on SOLAR
11.
MKCL ARABIA EGYPT Approve on center data
12.
Center representative arrange for Installation visit with MKCL
13.
MKCL ARABIA EGYPT technical team Install ERA and BizClient in center
14.
MKCL ARABIA EGYPT technical team guide the technical member in center
on how to use the applications (ERA and Bizclient)
15.
Center representative register trainers on SOLAR for TOT
16.
Center representative receive registered trainers credentials to start their
training on ERA
17.
Center representative collect course admission fees from learners and
upload there data on Bizclient
18.
Center representative sync BizClient data with SOLAR
19.
Learners accounts gets created by SOLAR and center distribute accounts
to learners
20.
Learners start learning
