285 ” 13 _ 16 160 5/8”NOTE: Make sure floor track is dead level and properly supported with shims or mortar before installing any walls.
CAUTION: Prior to installing walls, lay out all walls in the rough shape of the booth to determine the desired layout of lights and service door positioning. Once the desired layout is determined, procede to install the walls. FAILURE TO TAKE THIS STEP MAY RESULT IN AN UNDESIREABLE LIGHTING PATTERN OR AN UNDESIRED LOCATION OF THE SERVICE DOOR.
Start with the rear corner that is hardest to get to or that is pinned up against a building wall etc. Create the corner using the appropriate rear corner wall and a side wall.
CAUTION: R and L rear-corner walls are different.
CAUTION: Be sure that all tongues on side walls face the SAME DIRECTION!
1
NOTE: Measure diagonally from the rear corners to the opposite front edge of the floor track to make sure floor track is square.
NOTE: Do not caulk between panels.
Caulk ALL SEEMS using latex sealer
after construction is finished.
NOTE: In most states, the service door is required to be in the back of the booth. Check your local codes to determine where your service door will be located. The service door, along with a small filler peice will take the place of 2 full side wall panels. (See Figure 1)
CAUTION: Be sure that the tops of the side wals and the back walls are even. If they are uneven, the ceiling filter frames will not sit correctly.
Continue creating the back wall until the opposite corner is finished, creating a horseshoe at the back of the booth.
After the horseshoe is created, fasten the back walls to the floor-track using self tapping screws
(”TECH-SCREWS” from this point forward). 1
2
Place cap channel over the top of the rear wall and fasten with tech screws (if applicable).
CAUTION: Be sure that the tops of the side wals and the back walls are even. If they are uneven, the ceiling frames will not sit correctly.
Continue creating the side walls until there are two side walls on each side.
Unwrap ceiling filter kit and remove filter door from the ceiling frame. Install frame in order to support walls. DO NOT FASTEN CEILING FRAMES. Be sure that channels at the ends of the ceiling frames sit flush on the tops of the side walls. Filter doors will be re-installed later.
CAUTION: Do not install more than four walls per side without installing a ceiling frame.
1
2
Continue constructing side walls and ceiling frames until the booth cabin is finished. Be sure that channels on ends of frame sit flush on the tops of the side walls. Filter doors will be re-installed later.
1
3 Install service door frame and filler wall in desired
location. The service door, along with a small filler piece will take the place of a full wall panel.
2 Remove service door frame.
CAUTION: If walls are not even with the ends of the floor-tracks, or the ceiling frames are not even with the end of the walls, the drive-in door front will not fit correctly.
NOTE: If a mixing room is going to be attached to the booth, the position of the mixing room should be pre-determinned so that the service door can be installed to open into the mixing room.
Continue constructing side walls and ceiling frames until the booth cabin is finished. Be sure that channels on ends of frame sit flush on the tops of the side walls. Filter doors will be re-installed later.
1
3 Ensure side walls are even with the front of
the floor-tracks.
2 Ensure Ceiling frames are even with the front
of the side walls.
CAUTION: If walls are not even with the ends of the floor-tracks, or the ceiling frames are not even with the end of the walls, the drive-in door front will not fit correctly.
Lay R and L hinge panels down on the floor in front of the booth. Fit the lower floor bar onto hinge panel floor pegs and fasten the upper beam with provided bolts (hand tight).
1
Stand framework up and fit C- channel onto booth walls. Fasten C-channels with tech screws.
2
Fasten all ceiling frames to each other using bolts and to the booth using tech screws.

NOTE: Pre-punched holes on upper and lower beam are directional. Ensure that the pre-punched holes line up with locking rods in each door.
NOTE: Hinge panels shown are for a 4-door opening. Hinge panels are wider for a booth with a 3-door opening.
NOTE: Lay down plastic or cloth before laying the framework on the floor to avoid scratches
NOTE: Ensure pre-punched trough
holes match locking rod locations
on doors.
Install side plenum supports down the sides (install smallest section at the rear). Fasten sections to each other using bolts and fasten to header and ceiling frame using tech screws. Install center plenum supports (ladder type) down the center of the booth. Fasten sections to each other using bolts and fasten to header and ceiling frame using tech screws.
Install R and L header panels by inserting pegs into vertical beams of the front door frame and fasten to each other and to door frame with tech screws.
Slip R and L header covers over header panels and fasten from the top using tech screws. 2

Install roof panels smooth side down beginning at front of the booth (save the 2 lipless roof panels for the end). The roof panels will sit inside
the center support channel and on top of the side support lip. Each roof panel lip should face the rear of the booth and should fully overlap the next roof panel. Use tech screws to every other roof panel. Use provided plastic rivets to fasten every other roof panel to provide explosion venting.
NOTE: This should be a two-person procedure It is much safer to install both halves of the roof at the same time for stability. If only one person is available, alternate sides when installing roof panels.
CAUTION: Always fasten the screws & rivets going UP when fastening to the side plenum supports. Fastening sideways on the side
support will cause screws to show on the outside finish face of the booth.

2 Install safety limit thermostat by drilling
a hole into the plenum in any location that will not be in the direct path of the
hot air feed. (can be installed through side of plenum or through a roof panel at a later time)

NOTE: Do not caulk between panels.

Install the back cover using tech screws as shown.
Install gable light frames along upper R and L banks of booth cabin using bolts and washers provided. The threaded inserts in the gable frames will match up with pre-punched trough holes in the ceiling frames.
NOTE: If gable sections are not equal, smallest gable section should be installed in the middle of the respective bank (1 section each side).
Use provided bolts and washers to fasten gable frames to each other. Use tech screws to fasten gable frames to the walls. (bolt holes in frame are pre-punched)

3
NOTE: Not all inserts will not meet up with a trough hole.in the ceiling frame. This is normal as gables are universal to fit all types of booths.
NOTE: Do not caulk between panels.
Caulk ALL SEEMS using latex sealer
after construction is finished.
Install wall lights as shown. All pigtailed wires on wall lights should be at the top of the light fixture. Snake wires through pre-run conduit found in each light wall.
Wire all left bank lights in parallel. Wire all right bank lights in parallel. (see light wiring page)
Install gable lights. All glass doors on gable lights should open down in order to facilitate changing light bulbs. Fasten fixtures with (6) pan-head screws each. Follow pre-punched holes found along outer light fixture moulding.

NOTE: Light pattern shown is a general represntation and may not represent the total number of lights or appropriate layout of lights for the booth being installed.

Install PT-100 Temperature probe inside upper plenum. Fasten so that the metal body of the probe is not making contact with other surfaces.
Install door handles and catches as shown. NOTE: Red Door Handles should be down when locking rods are extended (locked)
Procede to hang the next door onto the first. Before tightening hinges, make sure doors shut and lock properly.
NOTE: Make sure that the doors are right-side-up. When looking at the door’s exterior, the window should be closer to the floor than to the top of the booth.
Install doors starting with a three-hinged door. Make sure doors are level before tightening hinges to frame.

Attach the Accudraft logo plack on the upper plenum as shown.
Logo should be placed in the middle and 4 inches up from the bottom
of the upper plenum.
NOTE: Make sure to offset screws to avoid the seam that separates the left
and right sections of the upper plenum.
Use the provided letter template to align the MX letter blocks on
