Raw materials and components supplied by sub-contractors are checked on receipt for compliance with our specification. Products are checked for quality standards throughout the manufacturing process and prior to packing. Ali goods are packed appropriately for transportation.

Legno / Wood

Il legno che utilizziamo è scelto con cura e lavorato sapientemente come da nostra tradizione. Privilegiamo piante provenienti da foreste europee in quanto garantiscono comunque un carico ridotto di spreco energetico rispetto alle provenienze extra continentali. I piallacci tranciati

vengono selezionati per poter garantire una più alta uniformità possibile di tonalità. Wood used is chosen with care and worked with craftsmanship with decades of tradition. We privilege trees coming from European forests as they guarantee a high quality and a lower impact in terms of transport. Flat sliced veneers are selected to give the higher level possible of stain uniformity.

I laminati / Laminates

Tutte le carte utilizzate nelle fabbricazione del Laminato HPL sono ricavate da materie prime (cellulosa) provenienti da una gestione sostenibile delle foreste. Le colle utilizzate sono a base d’acqua e non a base alcolica.

All papers used in the manufacture of Print HPL laminate are obtained from raw materials (cellulose) sourced from sustainable forests. For the glues, alcohol-based phenolic resins have been replaced since many years by water-based resins.

Le cromature / Chrome plating

I nostri fornitori sono certificati ISO:14001 e si impegnano a garantire cicli di produzione con impatti ambientali ridotti al minimo, nel pieno rispetto delle normative, e attraverso l’utilizzo di sostanze non pericolose per l’ambiente. Le cromature su acciaio sono garantite come infinitamente riciclabili. Tutte le strutture sono prodotte e cromate in Italia.

Our suppliers are certified ISO:14001 and guarantee production cycles with minimum environmental impact, meeting law requirements, also through the usage of non-harmful substances. Chrome plating on steel is guaranteed as infinitely recyclable. All frames are produced and plated in Italy.

I multistrati / Plywoods

I nostri multistrati curvati sono prodotti con l’utilizzo di colle a bassa emissione di formaldeide e rispettano i limiti imposti dalla Classe Europea E1 secondo il metodo di analisi EN 717-2. Our moulded plywoods are produced with low formaldehyde content and meet the limit requirements defined by the European Class E1 under the test analysis EN 717-2.
