NB: be very careful, correctly used these files will make your site much faster, with just 1 incorrect character they
can stop you site in its tracks, so test carefully.
whenever you rebuild your whole site an xml sitemap is
prepared which if placed in your web root folder will help
get your site indexed better
the .htaccess file is created here automatically, when placed in your root folder on an Apache server it will speed
up your site prepare your robot.txt file
