2 LINK NT07 Multi Tracker
The Multitracker helps you keep an eye on the people and things that matter to you the most. You can check current and past location, set alerts when the Multi Tracker leaves or enters a geofence, and receive alerts all through your smartphone. The tracker is not used for real-time tracking.
This user manual will help you operate the device efficiently and correctly and allow you to start using your Tracker as quickly as possible. Please make sure to read this manual carefully before using the device.
Please note that the specification and information in this document are subject to changes without prior notice. Any change will be integrated into the latest release. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in this document.

2.3 Fitting the Silicon Sleeve
Attention
Please make sure the Data SIM card is activated, and you have topped it up with credit.
The tracker will only accept a Nano size SIM card. Ensure the Tracker is powered OFF before inserting or removing the SIM card.

2.4 Charging the Tracker
Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the Tracker and a USB charger then plug it into the socket. You can also connect the Tracker to charge on laptop or PC.
Note: Always connect the Tracker to the cable before turning ON the power of the wall socket.
The battery needs to be charged for 8-12 hours before the first use. The Tracker uses a Li-ion battery. A full battery can power the Tracker in standby mode for approximately 2 weeks.
Warning!
Do not puncture heat or modify Li-ion batteries they contain harmful chemicals. If at any time you notice a battery swells up or overheat then you should stop the charging process immediately. Improper use of Li-ion batteries may cause the battery to explode.

2.5 How to Set up NB-IoT Tracker
1. Insert the Nano SIM card in the SIM card slot. 2. Turn ON the power switch.
3. The indicator light turns red.
3 Getting Started
For our APP to work correctly, we need a few permissions. You will require Mobile Data Services from your network provider. A network connection can vary and can be influenced by the following factors: weather, season, positioning of satellites, weak GPS or NB-IoT coverage, high building or forests and so on. 3.1 Download the “LinkTracker” APP, Register and Login
Download the “LinkTracker” APP by scanning the QR code below. Make sure you scan the relevant QR code, consider your phone’s operating system.

To pair a Multi Tracker with your APP, please scan the QR code at the back of the Multi Tracker after you Registered and Logged-in on the APP.
3.2 Pairing and unpairing the Tracker with your smartphone
Pairing the Tracker:
1. Open the APP and click at the top right- hand corner.
2. Scan the QR Code or enter the 6 digits ID number, located on the back of the device and confirm. You will automatically pair with the Tracker.
Unpairing the Tracker:
Switch to Device Manager from the Device page or Account page and complete the verification code from your smartphone to remove the Tracker from your account.

4 How to use NB-IoT Tracker and APP functions.
4.1 Key & Indication Lights
There are two Reporting Frequency modes. 1. Default mode: Location information are recorded and uploaded to the server as and when the Tracker is in motion. In this mode the device is on standby, you must press SOS button to confirm and apply this setting.
2. Configuration mode: Location information are recorded and upload to the server at specific time intervals set from your Mobile APP. If you want this setting to be available immediately, you need to press the SOS button on your Multi Tracker.
SOS: Press and hold for 3 seconds, the indicator light will illuminate red for 2 seconds, and send an SOS alert to the Mobile APP.

4.5 Troubleshooting
Tracker won’t turn on!
Possible reason • The battery is low Solution • Charge the battery

No network signal!

Cannot locate my mobile phone on the map!
Possible reason • Location tracking service not turned on
Solution • Go to your mobile phone settings and turn on location tracking
5 Safety Warning
• Only use the USB power cable supplied with the Tracker.
• Please use the silicon cover to protect the Tracker from exposure splashes of water. Do not immerse the Tracker in water as that may cause the device short circuit.
• Do not use chemicals or harsh solvents to clean the Tracker. We recommend a damp cloth to remove stubborn stains followed by a dry clean cloth.

• Do not paint the device, this may lead to internal circuit failure.
• Do not disassemble the device as this will invalidate the warranty.
• Do not expose the Tracker to moisture or extreme heat (strong sunlight or direct radiation), or cold (persistent frost).
6 Environmental Recycling
• Never dispose of the Tracker with household waste. • Ask your governing authority about suitable
methods of disposal which minimize the risk to the environment. The cardboard box, plastic contained in the packaging and the pieces in the Tracker, can be recycled under the rules in force on recycling.
• Always follow the existing rules on the subject.

• Violators are subject to sanctions and measures established by law.
• The bin symbol and cross, located on the device means that when the equipment has reached the end of its useful life, it must be brought to collection centres, and that treatment must be separated from urban waste.
7 Warranty
We offer a 1 year Warranty against manufacturers defects for Link Tracker.
Within 1 year from the date of your purchase we will repair or replace any defective device at our expense. Simply send an email to [email protected] detailing the issue and include a few photos. While we can, in our sole discretion, reject warranty claims such as for abuse of our policies, we will endeavour to resolve your problem with your Tracker.
