Sustainable Resource PVC Free Material

Cardstock - 12 pt. Coated 12 pt. cardstock is made from 25% recycled materials and is 100% recyclable. It is available in rolls up to 103” wide.

Cardstock - 12 pt. Uncoated With much of the beautiful printing and easily recyclable virtues of the rest of

our cardstocks, our 13.5 pt. Uncoated Cardstock is made from 100% recycled materials (50% post-consumer and 50% post-industrial). It is available in up to 52” rolls.

Cardstock - 18 pt. Coated With much of the beautiful printing and easily recyclable virtues of the rest of our cardstocks, our 13.5 pt. Uncoated Cardstock is made from 100% recycled materials (50% post-consumer and 50% post-industrial). It is available in up to 52” rolls.

Cardstock - 24 pt. Coated 24 pt. Cardstock is a double-sided material available in boards up to 50” X 98”. It is made from recycled content is also recyclable.

Cardstock - 50 pt. Coated This dead-opaque substrate is made from about 15% recycled content and is also recyclable. 50 pt. Cardstock is available in 52” X 98” boards

Cardstock - Bloxlite Bloxlite is opaque blocker cardstock available in a variety of thicknesses from 8.5 pt. to 14 pt. It comes in rolls up to 64” wide. Bloxlite is made from recycled content and is recyclable.

Cardstock - Silver Chrome Cardstock - Silver Chrome is an amazing enviromentally friendly product. Despite its brushed metallic finish, this material is recyclable with mixed papers. It is also made from recycled content. Silver Chrome is available in rolls 54” wide.

Cardstock - Ultra Gloss Cardstock Ultra Glossy is a inexpensive, glossy cardstock which is available in 50”, 80”, and 89” rolls. It is recycled from some PCW paper and is recyclable with other mixed papers.

Cardstock - Translucent Produce green lightbox graphics with our Translucent Cardstock. It is easily recycled with mixed papers. Translucent Cardstock is a recyclable backlit material available in up to 74” rolls.

Cardstock - Ultra Smooth Cardstock - Ultra Smooth is a 100% recyclable material which prints beautifully on our LX printer. It is available in 52” rolls.

Cardstock - Pearl 14 pt Cardstock - Pearl 14 pt is a sustainable cardstock which has a pearl essence sheen. The ink laid onto the material tends to keep the sheen as well. It is a double-sided recyclable material available in sheets of 26” X 40”.

Kraft Paper Printed with white ink on our UV Printers, Kraft Paper will make your graphics pop. Kraft Paper is inexpensive, made from renewable, recycled materials and is recyclable. Kraft Paper is available in up to 60” rolls.

Paper Foam Board Paper Foam Board is an inexpensive, double-sided board. It is a greener, cheaper alternative to Foamcore. Paper Foam Board is recyclable. Paper Foam Board is available with a max size of 48” X 96” and thicknesses of .125” and .1875”.

E-Flute E-Flute is a great option for either single or double-sided printing. It is also commonly used for non-standard graphics like boxes and podiums. E-Flute is made from 70% recycled materials and is recyclable. It is available in boards up to 96” X 120”.

E-Flute Double Core E-Flute Double Core has many of the same virtues as E-Flute. It is recycled and recyclable, and great for double-sided and cutouts. Max size available is 96” X 220” boards.

Steiner Leaf Steiner Leaf is Great Big Pictures’ first Cradle-to-Cradle print media. Made from Calcium Carbinate (stone), it is produced using no water, trees, or bleach. Besides being recyclable, it is also degradable. It is made from recycled materials as well. Steiner Leaf is water resistant and currently available in 48” rolls.

Fabric - Burlap Burlap is rustic material which is made from the low-impact growth material Jute. This banner material is available in up to 60” rolls.

Canvas - Eco Poly Canvas - Eco Poly gives you a green large-format option. Available in rolls up to 120” wide, it is great for canvas-like banners. Canvas Eco Poly is made from 100% post consumer materials (soda bottles), and it is also recyclable.

Fabric - Eco Wall Covering Another green wall paper option, Eco Wall Covering is made from 31% post-consumer waste and is recyclable through a reclamation program. It is available in up to 54” rolls.

Fabric - Eco Druid Drape Fabric - Eco Druid Drape is an opaque fabric typically used in banners. It is made from recycled materials and may be recyclable. It is available in rolls up to 120” wide.

Fabric - Bamboo Fabric - Bamboo is a opaque canvas available in rolls up to 50”. It is made from sustainable bamboo.

Fabric - Canvas 2-Sided Blocker

Fabric - Canvas 2-Sided Blocker is made from recycled material and is recyclable. The banner material is a true blocker, and can be printed double-sided. It is available in rolls up to 80” wide.

PVC-Free 15 oz 2-sided Blocker

PVC-Free 15 oz 2-sided Blocker is another dead opaque blocker material which is recyclable and contains no harmful PVCs. It is available in rolls up to 72” with 86” rolls available on special order.

PVC-Free SA Floor Easy Tack

This self-adhesive floor material is made without any harmful PVCs. It is available in rolls up to 60” wide.

PVC-Free Clear Window Cling

PVC-Free Clear Window Cling is a environmentally responsible option for window clings. It does not contain harmful PVCs. It is available in rolls up to 54” wide.

PVC-Free - ClingZ PVC-Free - ClingZ uses static to adhere to walls and glass. It is contains no harmful PVCs, and is recyclable. PVC-Free - ClingZ is available in clear or white, and comes in rolls up to 42” wide.

Velvet Lexan With its transparent, frosted look, Velvet Lexan is great for specialty, backlit, or window graphics. It is also a recyclable material.

Velvet Lexan is available in up to 48” rolls.

Holo Clear 3D Catch the attention of your customers with graphics produced on Holo Clear

3D. This unique material brings your graphics into the third dimension. Available in 38” X 55”, Holo Clear 3D is also a recyclable material.

Vinyl - White Rigid & Vinyl - Clear Rigid

Rigid Vinyl is a rollable material which will unroll curl-free. It is available in 72” roll material which is also recyclable. A clear option is available.

PETG Our PETG is a clear, flexible material which is great for window and specialty graphics. Because of its rollable nature, it is inexpensive to ship.

Max size available is 48” X 96”. PETG is recyclable.

White Poly Banner White Poly Banner is another double-sided material available in various thicknesses in rolls up to 118” wide. It is a recyclable product.

Styrene Great for double-sided or single-sided in-store graphics, Styrene is made from

post-industrial recycled materials and is recyclable. This rollable material, available in sizes up to 50” X 100”, will also save on shipping costs.

Plexi There aren’t a lot of materials as sleek as Plexi. Beautiful for backlit and

specialty graphics, Plexi is also recyclable through a reclamation program. Plexi also is available in a variety of thicknesses with a max size of 60”x120”.

White Black Foam White Black Foam is a green Sintra alternative. It is dead opaque and not only recyclable but also made from recyced material.

White Black Foam is currently available in boards at 48” X 96”, however larger version may soon be available.

Honeycomb Board Honeycomb Board WWW

This unique material will make your graphics stand out. Great for double-sided or construction boards, Honeycomb Board is both a recycled and recyclable material. Honeycomb board comes in various sizes up to 60” X 144” and from 1/8” to 4” thick. Honeycomb Board WWW is a version of standard Honeycomb Board with a white core.

Ultraboard Ultraboard is a durable, lightweight material which is available in boards up

to 60” X 120”. It is opaque and may be printed double-sided. Ultraboard is a recyclable material.

Bamboo Ply We are proud to offer our Bamboo Ply to showcase your green graphics.

Bamboo is a sustainable resource and is recyclable. Our Bamboo Ply is available in 48” X 96” boards with thicknesses available from .25” to 2”. This double-sided material makes a statement about your environmental commitment.

Birch Plywood Made from both recycled and sustainable materials, Birch Plywood is also

recyclable. This material is great for single-sided or double-sided specialty graphics. Birch Plywood is manufactured in 48” X 96” boards in 1/8” and 1/4” thicknesses.

Tyvek - Coated Tyvek - Uncoated Tyvek - Blocker

Tyvek, available in 6 varieties, is a roll material with a maximum width of 120”. With different characteristics for each variety, Tyvek is great for banners and specialty graphics.

Tyvek is a recyclable material through a unique reclamation program. Synthetic Paper 335 Synthetic Paper is a 100% recyclable, waterproof, tree-free, translucent

coated paper. Synthetic Paper is a roll material with a maximum width of 53” and is great for banners & backlit applications

PVC Free - Madera Backlit

Film Madera Backlit Film is a coated translucent roll material with a maximum width of 50”. It is a recycled product made from wood cellulose and natural latex. It is degradable offering more than 90% degradation in six months.

Cardstock - Gatto Board Gatto Board is a wood pulp board: 100 % compostable, 100 % recyclable, food safe and bleach-free. It is available in 49” x 97” boards and is ideal for POP and In-store Signage

Fabric - MO Ensemble MO Ensemble is an uncoated canvas material with a maximum width of 47”. It is biodegradable and compostable.

Fabric - Gaia Blockout MO Gaia Blockout MO is an opaque coated roll material that is made from recycled PET bottles. It is recyclable and available in a maxmimum width of 3 meters.

PVC Free - 3M SA 3M SA is a translucent coated self-adhesive roll material ideal for wall mounts with a maximum width of 60”. It is a PVC free material that is recyclable.

PVC Free - Super Smooth PET Blocker

Super Smooth PET Blocker is a 15 oz. opaque coated roll material ideal for 2-sided banner, it is available in a maximum width of 86”. It is a PVC free product and recyclable.

PVC Free - Chalk SpeakR Chalk SpeakR is a self-adhesive specialty material with a black chalk board like surface. It is available in 24” or 48” rolls. It is CPSIA compliant, lead free, plasticizer free, phthalate free & PVC free.

Cardstock - Easy Up Paper Wall Covering

Easy Up Paper Wall Covering is a clay coated paper that is ideal to be used for removable wall paper applications. It is available in 6 pt. or 8 pt. & in 50” rolls. It is recyclable

Cardstock - Atlantic Matte Atlantic Matte is a 10 mil opaque cardstock. It is made with 20% post consumer waste & is recyclable. It is available in 54” rolls

PVC Free - Heartland Icicle Cling

Heartland Icicle is a transparent roll window cling material. It is 2mil thick, comes on 54” rolls & is made of polyester.

Cardstock - MSS Fiberboard Fiberboard is a board stock with an eco finish print coating ideal for double-sided printing. It is available in 3.2mm & 5.5mm with a board size of 49”x97”. It is made from 100% recycled fiber & can be recycled through the wood or paper stream.

PVC Free - Clear Poly PALIN Clear Poly PALIN is a clear polyester self-adhesive window material with a

scratch resistant top coating. It is a 4 mil film available in 54” rolls.

Cardstock - Expanded Blockout

Expanded Blockout is a dead opaque cardstock material with a clay coating on both sides. It is a 12pt roll material available in 80” & 102” rolls. It is made from 10% recyclable materials & is recyclable.

PVC Free - Pro Opaque Window

Pro Opaque Window is a PVC free self-adhesive window material, ideal for two-way window graphics. It is a 2 mil, 54” roll material.

PVC Free - Sonic Display Film

Sonic Display Film is a PVC free roll display film with a satin finish. It is 12mil in thickness and only available in 36” rolls

Dye Sub Materials

Fabric - Flag 117 Flag 117 is a lightweight polyester fabric which is ideal for our dye-sub printers. It is available in rolls up to 122”. It is reclaimable and recyclable.

Fabric - Display 180 Display 180 is another lightweight polyester fabric which perfect for our dye-sub printers. It is available in rolls up to 122”. It is reclaimable and recyclable.

Fabric - Display 210 Display 210 is a slightly heavier fabric for our dye-sub printer. It is 100% PES and can be recycled. Fabric-Display 210 is available in rolls up to 122” wide.

Fabric - B Mosaic B Mosaic is another dye-sub banner material which is available in rolls up to 125” wide. Fabric-B Mosaic contains no PVCs and is recyclable.

Fabric - Banner Linen Banner Linen is a opaque dye-sub fabric and is available in rolls up to 122”. Contains no PVCs and can be recycled.

Fabric - Semi Stretch Semi Stretch is a dye-sub 100% polyester fabric that is available in rolls up to 122”. Contains no PVCs and can be recycled.
