1. Check the customizing functionality offered to users with the SAP Fiori Launchpad. Add the tile Audit Journal to your My Home group.

2. Generate your own tiles. The tile should display the supplier locked for payment. Use the

Manage Supplier Line Items tile as a template. Filter the Manage Supplier Line Items

according to payment block locked for payment. Save your results as your own tile with the name My Blocked Supplier Line Items.

3. You receive an invoice for a company car (car##) for EUR 4.400 (Tax 10% included). Enter the invoice using the information in the table. (Replace ## with your group number.) Make a note of the document number:

Customize your Launchpad and Generate your

own Tiles

1. Check the customizing functionality offered to users with the SAP Fiori Launchpad. Add the tile Audit Journal to your My Home group.

a) In the SAP Fiori Launchpad, choose S4F01–## on the top left corner and click on App Finder.

b) In the Search field, enter Audit Journal. c) Choose + to add the tile to the My Home group. d) Choose Home.

2. Generate your own tiles. The tile should display the supplier locked for payment. Use the

Manage Supplier Line Items tile as a template. Filter the Manage Supplier Line Items

according to payment block locked for payment. Save your results as your own tile with the name My Blocked Supplier Line Items.

a) In the SAP Fiori Launchpad, to search for the Manage Supplier Line Items tile, choose

Search and click on the tile.

b) On the Manage Supplier Line Items screen choose Filters. c) In the Filter field, below the Payment , choose More Filters. d) In the Select Filters field, enter Item Payment Block. e) Select Item Payment Block and choose OK.

f) Under Item Payment Block, enter A, and choose Go.

Note:

You can optionally also save the filter as your own variant.

g) Choose Share and then Save as Tile on the bottom right of the screen.

h) Enter My Blocked Supplier Line Items in the field Name and choose OK. i) Choose Home.

1. Create an extension ledger. The ledger code should start with one alphabetic character. Therefore, please use the following numbers for its new extension ledger:
