The outcome of our experience in Payroll and Human Resources is Zucchetti HR Suite. It is an innovative and complete software solution that adresses the
demands of modern companies requiring efficient tools that provide measurable
advantages in the management of the daily challenges of running a business. As part of Zucchetti HR Suite, we provide Zucchetti Payroll. This module has been especially created for Personnel Administration Departments.
Zucchetti Payroll - a technology advanced product:

Zucchetti Payroll improves efficiency and reduces processing times and minimizes possible errors. Calculations are done automatically and in compliance with labor agreements and governmental regulations and requirements.

Personalized database structure
The data structure utilized by Zucchetti Payroll allows personalization. Clients benefit from all the advantages offered by a standard product but have the flexibility to modify file structures, tables, calculations, etc., without compromising the built-in standard logic of the application, for a perfect match of the product to their own needs.
Data archives and logs
The database allows the logging of any type of data, even if it is freely defined by a user and referred to in future events or calculations. With this function, users can estimate and predict future contractual and deadline variations. Besides the data and event dates, the system allows the archiving of information and the name of the users that performed those estimations.
The archive is readily available to all users.
Management of individual and/or work relationships
Zucchetti Payroll allows the management of personal data individually or common data for individuals belonging to a same group (department, etc) by logging in the work relation-ship logging function.
Web Report Genera
The Web Report Generator is a powerful feature that allows the creation and generation of reports.
The generator allows the user to issue reports with their own algebraic calculations and to create report layouts from the simple to use layout design functions. The data, in the desired format and layout, can be printed or transferred to other files.
Workforce dashboard
The Zucchetti HR Business Intelligence Tool is ideal for analysis to support decisions. It offers in-depth and clear information to examine trends, correla-tions and other significant details not available on other programs.
Zucchetti HR Data Warehouse can execute multidi-mensional analysis of data and can integrate the function of query creation, reports and analysis, allowing graphic data display, the generation of detailed printed reports and the analysis sharing among different users.
Calculation rules
Calculation functions are embedded in Zucchetti Payroll; certain particular or specific processes that are different from the standard procedures may be easily performed due to the accessibility of data in the Database. Users can define additional or special calculation rules to suit their needs. All calculations are logged by month and are available for follow up calculations, review or printing and can be viewed at any time.

Reconciliation data
Zucchetti Payroll solution can automatically gener-ate data for general and analytical accounting reconciliation. This procedure is controlled and defined by criteria directly encoded by the user (subsidiary records, head office, qualification, cost center, employee, etc.). The account type and code assignment for individual transactions can be grouped, using different criteria and methods.
Web Services
Using Zucchetti Payroll -Employee Self Service Feature- authorized employees can access services such as; viewing their pay calculations, time sheets, general communication and announcements, via Internet or Intranet.
Also in SaaS mode
The solution is available as Software as
a Service (SaaS) which allows
customers to use the applications as a service. The software applications are installed in a server located and managed by Zucchetti Data Center. Customers access the applications via
web with a simple internet connection.
