2.3 Invoicing
The customer will be invoiced for services at the end of the month with payment due within 7 days of receipt of invoice.

4 About Flexible Computing
Flexible Computing was founded in 2008 by Mark Craddock an IT architect and Cloud Computing evangelist who has been responsible for the deployment of more than £1Bn worth of IT services and infrastructure for major organisations. Flexible Computing is a South West based SME specialising in Cloud, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, system integration, networking, infrastructure services, programme management, project management, built up over 21 years of IT service delivery.
Our consultants have a long history of developing security standards including contributions to the BS7799 working group and its development into ISO 2001.
Experience of working with HMG security requirements.
Our technical and business experience is drawn from working on multi-million pound commercial collaborative engagements with some of the largest organisations in the world. Infrastructure work for retail and insurance were based on delivering services to over 40k users and over 100 distinct locations through a wide variety of hardware and software infrastructure.

5.1 Mark Craddock (Strategy / Architecture)
Mark has 23+ years experience specialising in ICT solutions, including consumerisation, virtualisation and IT Infrastructure at architectural and strategic level, in sales and technical engagements with some of the world’s largest IT organizations and government
organisations.
Mark is respected and trusted wherever he has worked and is considered a valuable asset in building architectural credibility within many sales accounts and IT organisations,
understanding business requirements and business challenges along with a deep understanding of Cloud services, infrastructure, communications, consumerisation and flexible computing solutions. Mark has presented at the UK VMware User Group on consumerisation.
Mark has been responsible for and has experience of;

In depth understanding of hosted services including business models for Software as a Service (SaaS)
Strong product management knowledge and proven record of working internationally
