When using the logo, the following instruction should be taken into consideration:
1. Commitment to dimensions and proportions 2. Ensure logo always includes motif & word mark
3. Avoid stretching, minimizing, enlarging, moving, or deleting any separate part of the logo

The pink squares are defined by the space between the edge of the cartouche and the icon. The square indicates 20% the minimum safe space requirement.

To ensure the brand mark stands out clearly, it should have as much clear space around it as possible. The minimum clear space has been set to preserve the clarity of the ADNOC brand mark and is five times the width of the border, as illustrated above. Nothing should ever encroach on this area. It is important that, whenever the ADIPEC | ADNOC brand mark appears, it is clearly legible.

‘Hos t’ m ark
The word ‘Host’ should appear above the ADNOC logo and positioned to the right. For both English and Arabic versions, it must be placed no more than one square, or 20% minimum safe area, above the edge of the logo or cartouche, and one square in height.

Accepted applications
Placement on solid coloured backgrounds:
If placing the ADNOC logo on a dark background, ensure that in all circumstances the logo lockup for coloured background is used. The ADIPEC word mark should be placed on the same baseline as the white border /cartouche of the ADNOC brand mark.
Placement on images:
In situations where the ADIPEC brand logo has to be superimposed/ placed on images, always ensure that it is positioned in a highly visible manner, without being intrusive. It is also imperative that the colours of the image DO NOT clash with those of the brand logo. Ideally the placement of ADIPEC | ADNOC brand logo should
be on a white background. However, when this is not possible, always follow placement guide as illustrated alongside.
Unaccepted applications

incurs partial or total distortion or concealment of any of the brand logo’s elements. The resulting exposure would fail to reinforce any of ADIPEC and ADNOC’s core principles.
The treatments shown above should never be used. The separation of the symbol from the wordmark is not permitted under any circumstances.
The color version of the ADIPEC | ADNOC brand mark must always appear on a contrasting background. The logo may also be printed on images, provided the image is light enough or dark enough to allow sufficient contrast.
Considering the multifaceted purpose of the brand logo, there are certain arrangements that should be irrefutably avoided, since the outcome is a flagrant undermining of the logo’s purpose and objective.
When adhering to the original colour pallete, any background color matching one of the motif’s colors is to be forbidden. In addition, no background should be used if the outcome
