10. ADMINISTRATIVE CHECKS

10.2 Timetable

Administrative checks will be on Thursday, September 24th, 2020 from 10:00 till 15:00 hours, TOKIĆ – Education center, Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 3. Each crew must report to the administrative checks at its individual time given in the schedule published in the entry confirmation on Monday, September 21st, 2020

1.Administrative checks will not be held in the classical sense. Drivers / clubs are obliged to scan and submit to the Organizer no later than the publication of the entry list of applicants on September 17, 2020 the following documents:

- Competition license

- Driver's and co-driver's license - Driver's and co-driver's driving license

- Approval of the national federation, for all foreign competitors - Competition vehicle insurance policy

- Vehicle booklet of the competition vehicle

- Form (Annex 2) for the list of approved crew and vehicle equipment which can be picked up on the Organizer's website http://www.deltarally.eu/

11. SCRUTINEERING

11.1 Scrutineering location and timetable

Scrutineering will be on Thursday, September 24th, 2020 from 10:30 till 15:30 hours, TOKIĆ – Education center, Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 3 in Service Park, Zagreb Fair. Each crew must report to the scrutineering at its individual time given in the schedule published in the entry confirmation on Monday, September 21st, 2020. Organiser will publish time schedule for the technical scrutineering for each crew.

12. OTHER PROCEDURES

12.1 Ceremonial start procedure and order

The ceremonial start will take place on Thursday 24th, Friday, 25th September 2020 at 20:01 16:45 hours, on Ban Jelačić Square in Service Park, Zagreb Fair. All cars will start according to Start list. Crew and vehicle are free after the ceremonial start. After ceremonial start crews will start Leg 1 from TC 0 at 17:01 hours.

14. PRIZES

Prizes will be given for

• The first three crews of the General Classification (finish podium)

• The first crew of the ERT 2

• The first driver of the ERT Junior

• International zone Croatian Rally Championship

• Croatian Rally Championship

• Slovenian Rally Championship

• Slovenian CUP AŠ2005

• Zagreb Open Championship

15. FINAL CHECKS

15.1 Final checks - who is to attend from teams, plus location

Immediately after the finish podium, cars selected by the Stewards will be taken for the final checks, which will be carried out in TOKIĆ– Education center, Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 3 in special space in Service Park, Zagreb Fair. The final checks will start on Saturday, September 26th, 2020 around 19:30 18:00hours. Crews are obliged to observe the instructions of the Organisers. The competitors are obliged to ensure that at least one representative of the entrant and the relevant number of mechanics is present at the final checks.

APPENDIX 4 – COMPETITION NUMBERS

3. ORGANIZERS OPTIONAL ADVERTISING

Organizers have right to put 3 optional advertising stickers on every competitor vehicle, which are rectangular shape, wide 50 cm and 15 cm height, on a front and back fender, and rear window.

The Competitor has the right to refuse organizers optional advertising, but then must pay double entry fee.
