SIMPLICITY CHECKING ACCOUNT

AGREEMENT & DISCLOSURE

VARIABLE RATE INFORMATION This is a non-interest bearing account. MINIMUM BALANCE REQUIREMENTS You must deposit $50.00 to open this account. ACCOUNT STATEMENT

Electronic Statements are provided at no charge on this account. A $3.00 monthly fee will be charged for paper account statements. DORMANT / INACTIVE ACCOUNT INFORMATION

A dormant account fee of $3.00 per month will be charged after 12 months of inactivity for an account with a balance less than $100. PROCESSING ORDER

All credit transactions are processed first. Debits or withdrawals will be processed as follows: ATM withdrawals, debit card purchases, in-person withdrawals, withdrawals by other electronic means, and then checks in check number order.

We use the daily balance method to calculate interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.

VARIABLE RATE INFORMATION

If your daily balance is equal to or greater than $1,500.00, the interest rate paid on the entire balance in your account will be 0.03% with an annual percentage yield of 0.03%. Daily balances over $5,000.00 will be paid a rate of 0.07%. If your daily balance is below $1,500.00, no interest will be earned. Your interest rate and annual percentage yield may change.

Determination of Rate: At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on your account. Frequency of Rate Changes: We may change the interest rate on your account at any time.

Limitations on Rate Changes: There are no maximum or minimum interest rate limits for this account.

COMPOUNDING AND CREDITING

Interest will be compounded monthly and will be credited to your account monthly. If you close your account before interest is credited, you will not receive the accrued interest.

MINIMUM BALANCE REQUIREMENTS

You must deposit $50.00 to open this account. A monthly fee of $6.00 will be imposed if the balance in the account falls below $1,500.00 any day of the month.
