This document provides the September 2013 Price List for the iSeeU G-Cloud 4 SaaS service offering, including volume discounts.

From a SaaS Consumer Subscription perspective the following table details the “Users”: iSeeU User ‘Role’ Definitions for SaaS licensing purposes

Role Description

System Administrator Full system access including User Management, Content Management & Audit

Support Desk User Support (Contact) centre / service desk staff as well as Corporate end-Customers accessing Support Desk to raise/review their own tickets.

Engineer / Field Service Resource Remote and Office based workforce or sub-contractors i.e. resources assigned “Tickets”

iSeeU Care – Safe user or connected device

iSeeU care facilities used to provide a remote portal (mobile or web) access for example in

Telecare/Telehealth/M2M remote monitoring scenario’s and/or extranets & CRM portals using iSeeU Care TILE based portals or device interfaces.

The iSEEU Pro Resource & Customer Service Management Platform is at the heart of each SaaS solution enabling rapid automation of business process pathways (workflows), integration to 3rd party systems, seamless integration to collaborative communications (voice, text, email,

documents) and remote monitoring device integration (join the “Internet of Things” M2M revolution).

Future proof your investment with the flexibility to adapt any deployment to new operational and legislative requirements via the easy to use iSeeU Forms, Graphical workflow (business process mapping), and Report Writer tool kits. Enable other business areas to be quickly Mobile and Web enabled with efficiency gains through process automation and integration.

The Core Platform and/or Pre-configured Use Cases are delivered as a cloud service, provisioned and day 1 content personalised to meet your operational needs.

The SaaS solution offers three levels of options to each SaaS Consumer subscriber:

Core Platform (Entry Level SaaS)

+Pre-configured Use Case (Pre-built Line of Business SaaS)

Custom Use Case configuration (Bespoke SaaS)

Platform

This is the vanilla iSeeU Pro product suite, with no pre-configured content that provides the end user with the Resource & Customer Service Management Platform fully customisable via the easy to use iSeeU “drag & drop” Graphical Forms, Workflow and Report design tools; everything an organisation requires to create their own in-house operational integrated system.

Core Platform consists of the following software modules: – iSEEU Pro

• Service Desk (Ticketing) & Resource Management • Reporting suite (one click data extract to Excel and PDF) • Content Management System

– iSEEU Care / Safe

• Web and Mobile ‘remote’ user portals • Device Connectivity

– iSEEU Design Tools (Optional) Workflow Designer

• Visually map your line of business processes (pathways, rules and interventions)

• Automate your Business Process to drive efficiency, quality and cost savings

iSEEU Forms Designer

• Create and publish forms across Web and Mobile devices • iSEEU Report Designer

This SaaS package is an addition to the iSeeU Core Platform, pre-configured with out of the box use cases (Forms, Workflows, Reports and Integrations) to support the following use cases:

- Service Desk

- SHEQ (Safety Health Envrionment Quality) Incident Manager - Care Management Platform

- Telecare service desk (*inc optional devices for Power/Temp monitoring) Custom Use

This SaaS offer package is an addition the iSeeU Core Platform, and assumes that the consumer is competent to configure line of business use cases (Forms,

Workflows, Reports and Integrations) to deliver consumer specific operational requirements.

Note: The consumer may wish to seek help via Consultancy - see iSeeU SFIA rate card.

Example scenario’s include:

- Service Management/Engineering - Machine to Machine (M2M) SCADA

- Case Management, Business Activity Tracking - Facilities and Asset Management

- On-line Surveys.

- Health Care Pathway audit - Telehealth Remote monitoring

Pricing (including unit prices, volume discounts (if any), data extraction etc.)

The following table details the Monthly Consumer Subscription Price (per user or per connected device as specified), volume discounts are also detailed.

A Consumer solution can consist of ONLY the iSeeU Core Platform, or the iSeeU Core Platform with the addition of a +Pre-Configured Use Case subscription which provides an pre-configured ready to use line of business solution. Alternatively the consumer can configure their own solution by subscribing to the iSeeU Core Platform and purchasing training and/or Professional Services from iSeeU.

- Prices are in £ GBP excluding VAT per user (or per connected device) per month unless otherwise stated

- SaaS is for subscription to rental of the software and associated support only, title does not pass to the consumer. - SaaS price includes the G-Cloud accredited IL2 and IL3 Hosting infrastructure charges.

The following price list details the daily charge rate for the on-line product coaching training session. The charges exclude VAT.

Additional G-Cloud Data Storage space can be required if the iSeeU Pro document management facility and/or multi-media files are captured via workflow depending on Consumer transaction volumetric. In addition PSN IL2, IL3 connectivity options may be required by some specialist Consumers.
