MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION SET-UP

DepositPartner Desktop Application

FIRST TIME ENROLLMENT

1. Enter your login credentials when prompted and click OK.

2. Click “Please click here to enroll/register for Multi-Factor Authentication”.

4. Click Begin Setup to continue or Sign Off to cancel this process and exit the application.

6. Enter a personal phrase corresponding to the selected picture and click Continue Setup to continue to the Confirmation Question selections screen.

NOTE: You can also change the previously chosen picture on this screen.

8. You have the option to “Register this computer” or “Do not register this computer”.

Note: You must click the “Register this computer” radial button or you will not be able to access the DepositPartner application. Click Continue Setup.

10. Enter up to 3 phone numbers that can be used in the future to complete an additional layer of security verification. Click Save and Continue to finalize the Multi-Factor Authentication enrollment process.

NOTE: Contact Treasury Management Support Center at 877.236.2739 to update your contact number if needed.

11. You will see the following confirmation page. You may close out of this page.

NOTE: Your computer settings cannot be set to clear cookies upon exit, otherwise you will be prompted to enter your Multi-Factor Authentication questions and receive a One-Time Security Code before being able to access the DepositPartner application.

13. Enter your UserName and Password and click OK to access the DepositPartner application.

14. You will be prompted to change your password. Click OK to enter a new password.

ENROLLED USER – CONTACT INFORMATION ON FILE

If your cookies have been cleared or you are accessing the application from a different PC. 1. Enter your login credentials when prompted and click OK.

2. Click “Please click here to enroll/register for Multi-Factor Authentication”.

4. Verify that your Multi-Factor Authentication picture and personal phrase match what you had chosen at enrollment. If correct, answer your confirmation questions and click the Continue button to proceed. You may click the Cancel button to exit the application.

NOTE: You must leave the “Register this computer” option checked or you will not be able to access the DepositPartner application.

5. Select the appropriate contact number to receive your One-Time Security Code and click Continue.

NOTE: If an appropriate contact number is not listed, you must contact your system administrator to

6. You will receive a phone call at the chosen contact number asking you to enter the One-Time Security Code which will be listed on the screen. Once you receive the phone call, press 1 and then key in the One-Time Security Code listed on your computer using your telephone key pad. Once the code has been successfully entered, you can disconnect the phone call and click Phone Call Completed on your computer screen.

8. You will see the following confirmation page. You may close out of this page.

9. Click OK on the original Multi-Factor Authentication pop up to return to the DepositPartner login box.

If your cookies have been cleared or you are accessing the application from a different PC. 1. Enter your login credentials when prompted and click OK.

2. Click “Please click here to enroll/register for Multi-Factor Authentication”.

FORGOTTEN CHALLENGE QUESTIONS – CONTACT INFORMATION ON FILE

If your cookies have been cleared or you are accessing the DepositPartner application from a different PC and you have forgotten the answers to your Multi-Factor Authentication confirmation questions.

1. Enter your login credentials when prompted and click OK.

2. Click “Please click here to enroll/register for Multi-Factor Authentication”.

4. You will be prompted to answer two out of four confirmation questions. If you do not know your answers, please click the blue “Click here” link in the phrase “Forgotten the answers to your Challenge Questions? Click here

NOTE: If you are not able to successfully answer your security questions, after three unsuccessful attempts you will be locked out.

5. You will be locked out and receive the following screen:

6. Contact the Treasury Management Support Center at 877.236.2739 to be unlocked and have your Multi-Factor Authentication confirmation questions reset.

7. Once you have been unlocked and had your Multi-Factor confirmation questions reset, please follow the instructions under First Time Enrollment steps 1-9.

9. Once you have successfully entered the code on your telephone, click “Phone Call Completed” on your computer screen.

10. You will see the following confirmation page. You may close out of this page.

11. Click OK on the original Multi-Factor Authentication pop up to return to the DepositPartner login box.
