MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION SET-UP

DepositPartner Desktop Application

FIRST TIME ENROLLMENT

NOTE: Your computer settings cannot be set to clear cookies upon exit, otherwise you will be prompted

to enter your Multi-Factor Authentication questions and receive a One-Time Security Code before being able to access the DepositPartner Application.

1. Enter your login credentials when prompted and click OK.

2. Click on “Please click here to enroll/register for Multi-Factor Authentication”.

4. Click Begin Setup to continue or Sign Off to cancel this process and exit the application.

6. Enter a personal phrase corresponding to the selected picture and click Continue Setup to continue to the Confirmation Question selections screen.

NOTE: In addition, you can also change the previously chosen picture on this screen.

8. You have the option to “Register this computer” or “Do not register this computer”. Select "Register this computer" and click Continue Setup.

Note: You must click the “Register this computer” radial button or you will not be able to access

9. Preview, and if necessary, change any data previously entered. Enter your password and click Submit to continue to the Secure Authentication Contact screen.

NOTE: Contact Treasury Management Support Center at 877.236.2739 to update your contact number

if needed.

11. You will see the following confirmation page. You may close out of this page.

12. Click OK on the Multi-Factor Authentication pop up to return to the DepositPartner login box. 13. Click OK on the DepositPartner login box to access the DepositPartner application.

14. You will be prompted to change your password. Click OK to enter a new password.

UNREGISTERED ENROLLED USER

If your cookies have been cleared or you are accessing the application from a different PC.

1. Enter your login credentials when prompted and click OK.

3. You will be taken to the Secure Authentication Screen. Your UserID should prefill in the User ID box. Click Login.

4. Verify that your Multi-Factor Authentication picture and personal phrase match what you had chosen at enrollment. If correct, answer your confirmation questions and click the Continue button to proceed. You may click the Cancel button to exit the application.

NOTE: You must leave the “Register this computer” option checked or you will not be able to access the

DepositPartner application.

6. If Text Message was selected, you will receive a text message at the chosen contact number with the One-Time Security Code listed. Enter the code from your phone into the open field on the One-Time Security Code page on the computer screen and click Continue.

10. Click OK on the original Multi-Factor Authentication pop up to return to the DepositPartner login box.

UNREGISTERED ENROLLED USER FORGOTTEN CHALLENGE QUESTIONS

If your cookies have been cleared or you are accessing the DepositPartner application from a different PC and you have forgotten the answers to your Multi-Factor Authentication confirmation questions.

1. Enter your login credentials when prompted and click OK.

2. Click “Please click here to enroll/register for Multi-Factor Authentication”.

4. You will be prompted to answer two out of four confirmation questions. If you do not know your answers, please choose the blue “click here” link in the phrase “Forgotten the answers to your Challenge Questions? Click here

NOTE: If you are not able to successfully answer your security questions, after three unsuccessful

attempts you will be locked out.

5. You will be locked out and receive the following screen:

Contact the Treasury Management Support Center at 877.236.2739 to be unlocked and have your Multi-Factor Authentication confirmation questions reset.
