Every business is unique and has its own set of challenges. Summit's goal is
ensure that our Cloud Strategy Workshop is not a generalized cloud
computing seminar, but a focused workshop that effectively addresses those
specific challenges important to your business. In preparation, we will provide
the attendees and additional stakeholders an initial educational outline and
survey. The survey results provide us with the necessary information to
develop an effective and efficient workshop customized to each clients
specific needs.
The actual half-day workshop involves those responsible for
technology direction and planning. Through the workshop process
we will evaluate the list of business challenges identifying those that
may be solved through cloud computing technologies as well as
eliminating those that are NOT. The participants will leave with the
skills and tools necessary to effectively evaluate future challenges.
In addition to the workshop tools and education, Summit will provide a
follow-up summary report outlining the potential solutions and the resulting
recommended technology assessments and roadmap planning necessary to
tackle those efforts.

Once the decision to implement a cloud computing technology solution is made, a
well defined plan is necessary for the most successful and efficient
implementations. A customized Cloud Computing Roadmap including the full life

Pre and Post Implementation training is also available for technical and non-technical staff.
