Process for Use of Cloud Member Zone

We may check a user’s information via Web Portal by accessing to:

http://www.trueinternet.co.th/THA/product_cloud-service.html (for Thai) and http://www.trueinternet.co.th/THA/product_cloud-service.html (for English). 1. Login to manage account

When logging in to the System (use the same Username/Password to those filled in the application form), the System will show user profile.

2. Under manage account, the system have menu

Tab for change basic customer information. IE. Name, Email, Telephone and Company name

Account Management Tab for manage virtual server include basic virtual server information, expire date, upgrade virtual server and order new virtual server.

For order new virtual server, sale team will contact after receive order request.

4. Tab Change Password shows a window of changing the user’s password. The

completed change will be shown in Cloud Portal (VMware vCloud Director) page as well.

Process for Use of Cloud Portal (VMware)

After being confirmed to use Cloud Portal, we log in by the following steps:

1. Open the web browser to http://diy-virtualserver.trueinternet.co.th, and log in by filling out a user’s name we create.

2. The System shows the virtual server we use (if we have several virtual servers, Home Page will show all servers we have). Choose “My Cloud” to handle the System.

3. We may check the password of our server by choosing “My Cloud” -> “VMs”. Click the server name we want to handle (and the System will also show IP address of that server).

The System will show details of the server; so we may check its specifications.

“Tab Hardware” shows specifications of virtual server hardware, as well as IP address.

4. We may manage the server front by clicking to select “Server”.

The System will instruct to install Plug-in VMRC as a remote access to the virtual server. We must install this program.

5. We may use the server remotely via remote program.

a. For Linux server, it may be administered via SSH programs, e.g. Putty, SecureCRT or SSH Secure Shell. The user’s name is “root” and the password could be got from the Guest OS Customization page.

After accessing to the server by remote access, please be advised that you change the system password immediately for the system safety

b. If the server is Windows, the access to the server may be done via Remote Desktop. The user’s name is “Administrator” and the password could be got from the Guest OS

6. We may check the age of our virtual server at Home Menu.
