For Government customers conducting product evaluations / product acceptance programs, Autonomics Resources/SPYRUS/WinMagic will extend the term of the Platinum Support Plan, purchased under the BPA, from 12 months to 14 months at no additional charge .
Autonomics Resources/SPYRUS/WinMagic offers the Government additional price discounts under the BPA based on reaching specific cumulative dollar value of purchases under the BPA. These additional discounts are applied to the total value of each new order once specific cumulative dollar value of purchases are reached. Discount levels are not governed by agreement year, but are determined from the total cumulative dollar value of all Government purchases made since the issuance of the BPA. Any purchased quantity that is creditable towards a volume discount level, is cumulative for the total term of the BPA. Any creditable purchases made are credited immediately to determine the applicable discount level. These additional discounts will result in significant savings for the Government. They are not offered on the GSA Schedule.
Autonomics Resources/SPYRUS/WinMagic offers the Government software licenses that are user based (with Secondary use rights) or device based . This concession is not offered within the vendor's (WinMagic's) standard commercial software license agreement.
Autonomics Resources/SPYRUS/WinMagic offers the Government SecureDoc software licenses that are transferable from user to user, or device to device within a Federal Agency, provided that the total number of installations does not exceed the number of licenses purchased. This concession is not offerred within the vendor's (WinMagic's) standard commercial software license agreement, which is non transferable.
Under the BPA, Autonomics Resources/SPYRUS/WinMagic offers Government customers the option of commencing technical support under the Platinum Support Plan at time of product installation rather than at time of product delivery.

Autonomics Resources/SPYRUS/WinMagic offers the Government license rights to support an unlimited number of users with SecureDoc Enterprise Server. These license rights are provided at the SecureDoc Enterprise Server base package (i.e. 500 User) price and at a reduced price from the GSA schedule. The Government would be required to puchase a SecureDoc En terprise Server license for each server on which SecureDoc Enterprise Server is installed.
Autonomics Resources/SPYRUS/WinMagic offers the Government much larger volume price discounts for Platinum Support purchased under the BPA. SecureDoc Enterprise Server Platinum Support BPA Price is also lower than the GSA Schedule.

For Government customers conducting product evaluations / product acceptance programs, Autonomics Resources/SPYRUS/WinMagic will extend the term of the Platinum Support Plan, purchased under the BPA, from 12 months to 14 months at no additional charge .
Autonomics Resources/SPYRUS/WinMagic offers the Government additional price discounts under the BPA based on reaching specific cumulative dollar value of purchases of the above product offering under the BPA. These additional discounts are applied to the total value of each new order once specific cumulative dollar value of purchases are reached. Discount levels are not governed by agreement year, but are determined from the total cumulative dollar value of all Government purchases made since the issuance of the BPA. Any purchased quantity that is creditable towards a volume discount level, is cumulative for the total term of the BPA. Any creditable purchases made are credited immediately to determine the applicable discount level. These additional discounts will result in significant savings for the Government. They are not offered on the GSA Schedule.
Autonomics Resources/SPYRUS/WinMagic offers the Government software licenses that are user based (with Secondary use rights) or device based . This concession is not offered within the vendor's (WinMagic's) standard commercial software license agreement.
