You can view all your key documents at the account, project, or department level in Microsoft CRM or Microsoft Outlook. Document management controls the life cycle of documents in your organization, including how they are created, reviewed, and published.
Web Services
Integration from Microsoft NAV to Microsoft CRM & back. Includes 232 integration points. For example, when a sales representative enters a new customer, it will transfer to accounting. Accounting will be responsible for entering credit; future invoices, & orders that the sales representative will be able to see in Microsoft CRM. The benefit is, you only need to enter information once, and on the screen you can see all the information about a customer.

Business users can publish and share analysis through Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010, and have other users enjoy the same Slicer, Pivot Table, and fast-query capabilities when working on their Excel Services report.
