The Jusuru Reward

Compensation Plan

The first step to understanding the Jusuru Reward Compensation Plan is to understand the

underlying principles and behaviors. An empowered organization is one in which individuals

have the knowledge, skill, desire and opportunity to personally succeed in a way that leads to

collective organizational success. Because these behaviors have been proven over time to be

the keys to success, they are woven throughout the Compensation Plan to create a plan that

not only rewards success, but creates it.

Venture

Venture I All individuals who enroll as an Independent Representative (iRep) with Jusuru International, Inc. begin at Venture I and earn up to a 40% discount off Jusuru products.

Venture II To achieve and maintain Venture II, in one month an iRep must be Active with a minimum of 140 in Personal Volume (PV), and have one Active Leg (one iRep in their downline with a minimum of 140 PV).

Venture III To achieve and maintain Venture III, in one month an iRep must be Active with a minimum of 140 PV, have three Active Legs, and have a minimum of 700 in Group Volume (GV).

Venture IV To achieve and maintain Venture IV, in one month an iRep must be Active with a minimum of 140 PV, have four Active Legs, two of which are at least Venture II, and have a minimum of 1,500 GV.

Endeavor

Endeavor I To achieve and maintain Endeavor I, in one month an iRep must be Active with a minimum of 140 PV, have five Active Legs, two of which are at least Venture III, and have a minimum of 3,000 GV.

Endeavor II To achieve and maintain Endeavor II, in one month an iRep must be Active with a minimum of 140 PV, have five Active Legs, two of which are at least Venture IV, and have a minimum of 3,000 GV and a minimum of 4,500 Downline Volume (DV).

Endeavor III To achieve and maintain Endeavor III, in one month an iRep must be Active with a minimum of 140 PV, have five Active Legs, two of which are at least Endeavor I, have a minimum of 3,000 GV, and have a mini-mum of 15,000 DV.

Endeavor IV To achieve and maintain Endeavor IV, in one month an iRep must be Active with a minimum of 140 PV, have three Endeavor I Legs or higher, one of which is at least Endeavor II, plus two Venture III Legs, have a minimum of 3,000 GV, and have a minimum of 20,000 DV.

Endeavor V To achieve and maintain Endeavor V, in one month an iRep must be Active with a minimum of 140 PV, have five Endeavor I Legs or higher, two of which are at least Endeavor II, have a minimum of 3,000 GV, and have a minimum of 30,000 DV.

Enterprise

Enterprise To achieve and maintain Enterprise, in one month an iRep must be Active with a minimum of 140

PV, have six Endeavor I Legs or higher, two of which are at least Endeavor III, have a minimum of 3,000 GV, and have a mini-mum of 75,000 DV.

Enterprise Silver To achieve and maintain Enterprise Silver, in one month an iRep must be Active with a minimum of 140 PV, have two Enterprise Legs, and four Endeavor IV Legs, have a minimum of 3,000 GV, and a minimum of 230,000 DV.

Enterprise Gold To achieve and maintain Enterprise Gold, in one month an iRep must be Active with a minimum of 140 PV, have three Enterprise Legs, and three Endeavor IV Legs, have a minimum of 3,000 GV, and a minimum of 285,000 DV.

Enterprise Platinum To achieve and maintain Enterprise Platinum, in one month an iRep must be Active with a minimum of 140 PV, have four Enterprise Legs, and two Endeavor IV Legs, have a minimum of 3,000 GV, and a minimum of 340,000 DV.

Rank Qualifications

Each rank status is valid for a 12-consecutive-month period, although your commissions/bonuses will be calculated and “Paid As” the rank status you achieve each month.

Rank Advancement

As you share Jusuru with others, your network expands and you achieve milestones, you advance in rank and receive special rewards and recognition for your achievements along the way. At each level of the Jusuru Reward Compensation Plan, you qualify for additional bonuses and increased commission as your team grows.

Definitions

Active In order to be considered active and eligible for commissions and bonuses, you must have a minimum of 140 in Personal Volume.

Customer Customers are individuals who purchase product from a Jusuru Independent Representative (iRep), their replicated Jusuru website, or directly from the company using the iRep’s ID Number. Volume Volume is sales volume credited to and accumulated by a Jusuru iRep.

Personal Volume (PV) PV is the Volume purchased using a Jusuru iRep ID Number (personally purchased Volume + Volume from your customers

via your replicated Jusuru website) in one month (1 Volume point is equal to US $1).

Group Volume (GV) GV is your Personal Volume plus the Volume of five Levels beneath you.

Downline Volume (DV) DV is your Volume plus everyone beneath you, regardless of Level.

Level The individuals directly beneath you — on your frontline — are your Level 1. The individuals beneath them (on their frontline), are your Level 2, and so on. Paid As The rank status you achieve in a month that commissions and bonuses are calculated on.

Direct Sales — up to 40% profit

When you purchase Jusuru Life Blend™ at wholesale for $35 per bottle, you have an opportunity to sell the product at

$49.95 per bottle retail price, yielding a 30% retail profit. Bulk pricing is also available for up to a 40% profit.

Preferred Customers — discount for AutoShip

As you begin to build your customer base, you will soon realize you have loyal customers, and you can offer them something special with our preferred customer program. When your preferred customers enroll in AutoShip, they will receive product automatically every month and receive a 15% discount on their shipments, and you will receive 15% retail profit for as long as they continue their AutoShip. This is a great way to say thank you for their business and ensure the growth and success of your Jusuru business.

Fast Start Bonus — up to 20% team commission

As you begin to build your team and advance in rank, you will be able to take advantage of the Fast Start Bonus (FSB). You will receive increased commissions on the Personal Volume of your new, personally sponsored iReps for their first 60 days! Unlike other compensation plans that only offer a Fast Start Bonus for your first 60 days, Jusuru offers Fast Start payout on your new iReps’ first 60 days as well, allowing you to continue to be eligible for FSB as long as you continue to sponsor new members into your team.

Elite Leadership Bonus

The Elite Leadership Bonus rewards emerging leaders with Rank Advancement Bonuses when you advance in rank, and when you personally sponsor iReps who advance in rank. To qualify for the cash bonuses, simply:

• Achieve Venture III, with three (3) personally sponsored Active Legs, for

two consecutive qualifying months, and receive a one-time Rank Advancement Bonus of $100.

• For each iRep you personally sponsor who achieves the

Venture III Rank Advancement Bonus, you will earn a $100 Matching Bonus as long as you have maintained the rank of Venture III or higher yourself, with three (3) personally sponsored Active Legs.

• Achieve Venture IV for two consecutive qualifying months

and receive a one-time Rank Advancement Bonus of $100.*

• Achieve Endeavor I, for two consecutive qualifying months, and receive a one-time Rank Advancement Bonus of $300. • Achieve Endeavor II for two consecutive qualifying months and receive a one-time Rank Advancement Bonus of $500.** • Achieve Endeavor III for two consecutive qualifying months and receive a one-time Rank Advancement Bonus of $1,000.

* Available to iReps who promoted to Venture IV or higher in May, 2012 or later. ** Available to iReps who promoted to Endeavor II or higher in May, 2012 or later.

Team Commissions — up to

10% team commission

After the Fast Start Bonus period, you will continue to earn commissions on the Personal Volume of your team up to ten (10) levels deep. You will continue to earn Team Commissions for as long as you, and your team, remain Active.

A Team Leader Bonus is an override commission which is a percentage you are paid on the Personal Sales Volume (PV) of those in your organization up to 10 levels deep after their first 60 days.

A Fast Start Bonus (FSB) is a special override commission where you earn an increased percentage within your new team member’s first 60 days of enrollment.

Checkmatch Bonus — up to 25% on team income

Jusuru has developed a groundbreaking Checkmatch Bonus that rewards Endeavor II and above by paying a matching percentage of their team member’s Qualified Earnings. We are rewarding you for helping others increase their Jusuru Reward by giving you a percentage of their Qualified Earnings. Qualified Earnings includes Fast Start Bonus and Team Commissions. Your Checkmatch Bonus is based on the total amount of their Qualified Earnings, not just the

minimum Qualified Earnings. We’re all about people helping people, so the more people you help, the greater your Leader Checkmatch Bonus will be.

Luxury Car Bonus

As an Endeavor III or above, Jusuru rewards you by giving you up to $1,000 a month for a silver Mercedes-Benz. To qualify for the $500 Car Bonus you must maintain E3 or higher and have one E2 Leg and 25,000 DV for three consecutive months. To qualify for the $700 car bonus you must maintain E3 or higher and have two Personally Sponsored $500 Car Bonus Qualified iRep Legs for three consecutive months. To qualify for the $1,000 car bonus you must maintain E3 or higher and have two Personally Sponsored $700 Car Bonus Qualified iRep Legs for three consecutive months. Your car bonus will be paid in the fourth consecutive qualified month.

Note:

- If you do not qualify for any of the Car Award levels (after your initial qualifica-tion), but are paid-as an E3, then you will receive 75% of the $500 Car Award.

- If you do not qualify for any of the Car Award levels (after your initial qualifica-tion), but are paid-as an E2, then you will receive 50% of the $500 Car Award.

-If you are Paid As an E1, you will not receive any Car Award in that period, but may in subsequent periods if you are Paid As an E2 or higher (for at least a partial payment). If you are paid as an E1 or lower for three consecutive periods, you must meet the full qualifications for three consecutive periods before you may receive any Car Award (in the fourth consecutive qualified month) again.

9.

Enterprise Pools – earn Shares in Pools

Enterprise Pool: Jusuru has earmarked 2% of company sales Volume to reward its Enterprise Leaders. In addition to continued participation in the Dream Pool (with 2 Shares), Enterprise Leaders also receive one Share in the Enterprise Pool, paid in the second consecutive qualified month as Enterprise.

Enterprise Silver Pool: 2% of company sales Volume comprise this exclusive Leadership Pool for Enterprise Silver Leaders in their second consecutive qualified month as Enterprise Silver.

Enterprise Gold Pool: 1% of company sales Volume is held for the Enterprise Gold Pool to be achieved in the Enter-prise Gold’s second consecutive qualified month.

Enterprise Platinum Pool: An additional 1% of company sales Volume will be awarded to the Enterprise Platinum Pool to be achieved in the Enterprise Platinum’s second consecutive qualified month.

Monthly Incentives

Jusuru continues to reward teams with a variety of incentives to help them grow their teams, and build their

Jusuru businesses. Every month, when you log in to your iRep Office, you will find a monthly incentive created to help you build your teams. Whether it is an incentive focused on sponsoring new team members, earning prizes or free product, or helping your team members promote to higher ranks, each monthly promotion is strategically designed to entice, inspire, and motivate you toward success. Be sure to take advantage of these special incentives, and share them with your team.

Dream Pool

Jusuru International has set aside 1% of company sales Volume to reward its Leaders with a special incentive to “create their dream.” Whether your dream is to donate to a charity, take your family on vacation, pay off your mortgage, or send your children to summer camp, Jusuru is the place where dreams come true. As an Endeavor IV, you will receive one share in this 1% Dream Pool, paid in the second consecutive qualified month as an Endeavor IV. Promote to Endeavor V or higher and receive a second share in the 1% Dream Pool, paid in the second consecu-tive qualified month.

The Jusuru Growth Potential

The image below shows concentric circles that illustrate the exponential growth you will see in the size of your organization as you progress from levels 1 to 10, and on to infinity. As an Enterprise, you will receive the Fast Start Bonus on your first 3 levels within their first 60 days and as you continue to sponsor, team commissions after 60 days through 7 levels, a Checkmatch Bonus of up to 25% of your leaders’ Qualified Earnings, and Shares in Leadership Pools.

Annual Requalification & Title Maintenance

To re-qualify each year, an annual renewal fee will be processed for your yearly contract as a Jusuru Independent Representative and:

iReps who achieve Venture II, Venture III or Venture IV will maintain their Rank Status at the same level, regardless of their Paid As rank.

iReps who achieve Endeavor I and higher must re-qualify their rank status annually to maintain the rights and privileges of their title. To re-qualify at their highest rank status, they must also achieve the same rank qualification within 12 months from the date they achieved the rank or the last date they achieved the qualifications to maintain the rank title. iReps who do not complete their annual requalification by not achieving rank status during the

12-consecutive-month period will be re-classified to the highest title achieved and will lose any rights and privileges associated with the higher ranks.

For any iRep who achieves Endeavor I or higher and does not complete their requalification at the same level, the lowest rank status they can be reclassified as is Venture IV.

Example

iRep John Smith achieves Endeavor III in January 2012, then is Paid As Endeavor I each following month from February 2012 through December 2012. In January 2013, one year from achieving Endeavor III, he will be lowered and re-classified as Endeavor I.
