On the 20th day of June in the year 2013, at 7:00 PM Central, the General Post Master Council for The United States of America convenes to serve a Writ of Quo Warranto in International Incident Number RH-1B34BEB7-3214-47D4-B196-256A1FC80AC1.
NOTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS
BE IT RESOLVED that the General Post Master Council for The United States of America, 1781 to the present time, in accordance with the Minutes and Election that took place on the 19th day of June in the year 2013, at 7:00 PM Central, and translated to the official language known as Paleo Hebrew, hereby issues and serves the Notice of Default of the Writ of Quo Warranto, Issued on the 20th day of June in the year 2013 upon:
The Secretary of State of the State of Nevada,
The District Attorney of Douglas County and the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office of the State of Nevada, within the judicial district of the United States, all by fax.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the General Post Master Council is serving as Representatives and Private Attorney General of Leslie Todd Kynett and do possess Judicial Authority over this International Incident. The requests within the Quo Warranto have not been met by the offices served within the time limit set out in the Minutes and Election. The time limit did not start until was evidence of service by way of fax.
BE IT RESOLVED that the General Post Master Council is extremely concerned for the safety of Leslie Todd Kynett due to the slander propaganda spread and well funded by Southern Poverty Law Center on behalf of Home Land Security,
and therefore it was proper for the Trustees to order Leslie Todd Kynett and his wife to vacate the area until the International Incident is resolved with acceptance and
acknowledgment of the right of self determination for peaceful settlement of disputes on both sides.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that this Incident is over a threatening letter sent through the U.S. Mail and the general post office by the Clerk of Court which generated a warrant for the arrest of LESLIE TODD KYNETT. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, The General Post Master Council is absent any evidence of a private contract
by and between Leslie Todd Kynett and Justin Fricke. Any private contract is not authorized by the Government of The United States of America unless such a contract is governed by the United States, in Congress assembled until all hostilities cease and the States are populated by Citizens. The reason for that rule agreed to by the American Nationals is self evident in this International Incident. Any and all reciprocity agreements by and between the Citizens of the United States Democracy and the American Nationals within the original
Confederacy would put an end to the definition of “hostile territory” on American soil. A Treaty of Peace has been offered to the citizens of the United States of the Democracy many times without response. Therefore, the Confederacy will continue to support the Republic until those within the Democracy desire peace. Furthermore, an Article III, section 2 court of the Republic would be a proper venue to settle this International Incident if in fact the State of Nevada desires to remain belligerent against the original Confederacy of 1781 brought forward to the present time.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the General Post Master Council hereby accepts jurisdiction over this matter.
The District Attorney of Douglas County, Mark Jackson and the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, through the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, and governed by the Judicial Branch of the State of Nevada, any and all of the following, having failed to provide;
1: A certified copy of the minutes of the meeting of the constructive trust where Leslie Todd Kynett was elected Trustee of the constructive trust number:13CR469
2: A certified copy of the foreclosure documents issued by the citizens of the United States against the Kynett Estate and the transfer documents of said estate into the cestue que vie trust.
3: A certified copy of the proxy document or the waiver document, with proof of service as it pertains to the Meeting held and election commenced as stated in request number one where all administrative hearings are required before the
commencement of any court action.
4: A certified copy of any power of attorney that Leslie Todd Kynett signed.
5: A certified copy of the letter of acceptance and acknowledgment of the District Attorney’s office and the Sheriff’s office from said Office Holders. Sheriff’s office must include acceptance and acknowledgment of said badge, uniform and gun, deputy sheriff badge, uniform and gun.
6: A certified copy of all status paperwork including an oath or affirmation of either State Citizens of the State of Nevada, citizens of the United States, or U.S. Citizens of the United States of America.
7: A certified copy of the offer from Justin Fricke to Leslie Todd Kynett, and the response to the offer from Leslie Todd Kynett, for the International Record.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the convening of the General Post Master Council is hereby adjourned and will reconvene at a future date certain.
