Steps to connect to Network Printer from Laptop: 1. Click ‘Start’

2. Win XP: Select 'Run'

Win Vista: Enter command in the ‘Start Search’ bar of the start menu

All Win OS: Windows Key + R 3. Type in \\cssvr

4. Press 'Enter'

5. A popup window will appear asking for your NTUNET

username and password. e.g.: student\username

6. Double click on Wireless-BW, Lwn_colour to connect to the printer.

Remarks:

a) Ensure settings are correct:

For double/single sided printing:

Print > Properties > Finishing tab > Select/Deselect ‘Print on both sides’

To make the document print ‘multiple pages per sheet’:

Properties > Effects tab > Deselect ‘Print Document On’ > Finishing tab >

enter the no. of pages per sheet Click ‘OK’ when you are done.

b) Walk over to the Print Release Station (near the Printers). Follow the instructions on the screen.
