CONTROL DEPARTMENT
ALL THE PARTS ARE CONTROLED
As we receive the components, we record everything. We create a number of batch, in this we know :
• when the components arrived,
• when and who controlled them and if something were wrong,
• in production with the serial number of the final product when we use the component in production and who did the job.
CONTROL DEPARTMENT
ALL THE PARTS ARE CONTROLED
Components are controlled with written procedures.
Depending the importance of the component the sampling goes from 10 % up to 100 %.
