Executive Director of the Benedict College Child Development Center (BCCDC) Duties included:
Maintaining proper documentation to ensure accreditation and licensing was aligned with the policies and procedures instituted by various governing/accrediting bodies (e.g., NAEYC, DSS, CACFP, First Steps, etc.).
Re-structuring the center’s organizational chart to maintain proper teacher-student ratio and ensuring that optimum service was provided to children and families.
Hiring four employees to assist in the day-to-day operations of the center, which improved employee engagement and customer service ratings by 7%.
Establishing and actively maintaining partnerships with outside agencies.
Assisting in the enrollment of ~80 children in the initial launch of the My First Books Parent Survey Program.
