Join our Beautiful Choir!
The choir sings at the 10:30am Sunday Mass, on Holy Days, and other occasions and prac- tices Thursday evenings. This year the choir will learn new Mass settings as we introduce the Source and Summit Missals. Mr Ernesto Alvarez, has also composed a special "Missa Brevis" for the choir to sing on All Saints.
Under his tutelage, our choir members have flourished and grown in their vocal abilities.
No experience is necessary, Ernesto is glad to work with singers of all vocal abilities. We are especially looking for male Tenor voices!
Please contact Ernesto at [email protected] or simply show up Thursdays 7pm in the
church. See you there!

Congratulations to our 3 winners of this year's KofC Soccer Challenge who now advance to Diocesan level competition: John Shurtliff, Mark Shurtliff and Mary Clare Skrobola.
Wondering what the guys in your Knights Council have been up to recently?
Service and Fellowship!
We had a great turnout of Knights who helped out at the Soccer Challenge and Parish Picnic held on August 15: Gene Wierzgac, Matt Wierzgac, Steve Pellican, Bob Tomsic, Mike Laird, Milon Wild, George Pariseau with sons George Jr. and John, Michael Sayler, Brian Heldt, Dan Krebs, Ron Fuller, Paul Malocha and Vince Brighton. Also thanks to James Donner, David Vella and Don Wiseman who were a huge help. (Apologies if we left anyone out!)
We were excited to support the Ave Maria Radio 25th Anniversary Celebra- tion on August 28. Eleven Knights from our council volunteered to work various jobs on the grounds: John LaRock, Paul Malocha, Steve Willacker, Matt Wierzgac, Robert Palazzola, Mike Jones, Brian Hayes, Mike Sayler, Vince Brighton, Alex Wardle and Gene Wierzgac.
Our monthly Rosary held on the last Sunday of the month is open to all.
Please join us on September 26 after the 8:00 Mass. Also, our next Corporate Communion will be September 12 at the 8:00 Mass.
Attention Men of OSP: Answer the call! Join in the fellowship of Knights Council 10963 www.kofc.org today. Get one year free online membership with promo code MCGIVNEY2020.

Old St. Patrick’s Church Library
Old St. Patrick's Church library has been updated! Nearly all the titles in our collection were added to the online catalog, LibraryThing, including approximately 100 new books in the past three months. Go to
www.librarything.com/catalog/OldStPats and search by author or title.
Use the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) number to locate the book on the library shelf.
The lending library is located in the lower level of the parish hall and is free to use by any Old St. Patrick parishioner. To sign out a book, record your name, the book title and date in the checkout binder.
Please contact Fred Jablonski, our librarian, [email protected], if you have any questions or suggestions.
