Supervising development and maintenance of Innovative Locomotive Simulation Optimizer (ILSO) and Locomotive Shop Router (LSR ) projects for CSX. Duties include monitoring system performance, conducting different studies, consulting on problems arising, suggesting different enhancements to improve the performance, creating a budget and a task plan for enhancements, supervising a team of developers to complete all task on time and deploy the updated software.

Supervising development of Truckline Network Planning System (TNPS) for trucking industry. Responsible for the complete cycle of the new software development, which includes studding business needs for the software, writing documents and presentations describing business issues, designing software interface, database structure and architecture, developing different optimization methods to solve complex problem arising, supervising a team of programmers to implement the software, programming, testing and debugging programs, preparing user guides and other documents and deploying final product.
