You will find helpful hints on virus protection and Internet security in the section titled “Security” (page 17). We recommend that you regularly update your operating system and Internet browser and that you install the manufacturers’ security updates.

Your first steps on the Internet.
System requirements
Before you begin using UBS e-banking, you must properly set up and configure your computer. The current system requirements for PC and Macintosh are available at www.ubs.com/monaco.
Internet provider
Internet access to UBS e-banking is not tied to a specific provider. Most providers make Internet access software available on CDROM, which simplifies the process of establishing Internet access and selecting browser settings.
Modem/Router
For your convenience, we recommend broadband access (ASDL or cable) for use with UBS e-banking. Further information on models, installation and use is available from your provider or

You can start using UBS e-banking as soon as you have an Internet connection. Go to the UBS e-banking homepage at
www.ubs.com/monaco and log in. You can also access e-banking directly at https://ebanking-ewm-mo.com.
Login made easy
To log in, you need your personal security features: • User ID
• Password • Secure ID (Token)
Login
A detailed description of the authentication procedure and the security issues to be taken into account can be found in the sections “Login Instructions” and “Security” (pages 16 and 17).
Note:
Your client advisor is available during business hours to support you and answer any questions you may have about logging in, UBS e-banking and UBS Quotes.
After 3 wrong attempts to login (wrong password or Secure ID) your account is suspended. You need to call your client advisor who will reset your access.

Home
The homepage provides you with an overview of your portfolios, current accounts and an access to the various functionalities. The navigation has a clear, modern design and is divided into 3 sections:
A Global navigation
Allows you to change your password, Logout and search for portfolio, group or positions.
B Main Navigation
Quick navigation and menus.
C Content Area
Overview of the portfolios, current accounts (D), reference curren-cies, portfolio net value and maturing contracts.

Logout
Click on theLogoutbutton and click on “OK”. For security rea-sons, we recommend that you always close UBS e-banking by clicking this button. Please do not simply close the browser window. In addi-tion, we also recommend that you delete your browser cache.
Search
Access directly to the portfolio, group or positions entered in the search box.
Change Password
For security reasons, we recommend that you regularly change your password. An exact description of the process can be found in the section “Login Instructions” (page 16)

Client Position/Asset Summary.
Positions Overview
ThePosition Overviewdisplays an overview of your assets sorted by Investment Category. Nice charts show the portfolio diversification by Investment Category and Asset Currency.
All Investments
This function displays all asset positions grouped by Investment Category.
Click on the relevant function icons and display assets details and related transactions or open UBS Quotes for detailed asset infor-mation and price .
Client Position/Cash Flow Projection.
Cash Flow Projection
TheCash Flow Projectiongives a preview of the upcoming capital maturities (e.g. repayment of the nominal amount of a bond) and income (interest, coupons).Short-Term Capital Maturities and Earningsdisplays maturities and income for the coming 12 months.
Long-Term Capital Maturitiesdisplays only maturities for the coming years.
The cash flows are only shown gross of any taxes and fees.
Maturing Contracts
Click onMaturing Contractsto get a detailed view of your capital maturities.

Detailed Positions
This menu displays all assets belonging to a specific Investment Category. In addition to a brief description of the individual asset positions, you will see information on the cost price (purchase price), market price, profit/loss, market value, accrued interests, etc. Click on the relevant function icons and display assets details and related transactions or open UBS Quotes for detailed asset infor-mation and price .
You can display your investments by Asset Currency or Investment Category. Additional classification is available for Equities (Risk Region, Risk Country, Industry Sector) and Bonds (Maturity, Risk Currency).
Account List
TheAccount Listin theAccountmenu shows your current accounts, margin accounts (options, futures, precious metal forwards) and foreign exchange forward accounts.
Account information
By clicking on the individual account you can view the account infor-mation and movements.
The most important details about the individual bookings can be seen by clicking on the linkTransaction Referencewhen available.
Search Transaction
TheSearch Transactionfunction allows you to search for a specific transaction (purchase, sale, dividend payment…) over a predefined time range or from a date to date.

Search Group
Click on your group in theManage Grouplist or enter the name of your group in the input fieldGroup Nameand click onSearch.
Create New Group
Step 1: Click on the buttonCreate New
Step 2: Give a name to your group and choose a group currency.
Click onSave.
Step 3: Add portfolios to the group manually (Add Portfolio(s) for
Group) or use the icon to select portfolios.
Step 4: Click on theSavebutton in theGroup Portfoliobox.
Edit Group
Search for a group and click on the related active link. • If you want to remove a portfolio from your selection, check
the corresponding box on the left and click onRemove. Save your changes.
• If you want to add new portfolios to your group, refer to steps 3 and 4 in the sectionCreate New Group. Save your changes.
Performing Aggregation
You can aggregate groups together. You need to select 2 or more groups in theManage Grouplist, Select aRevaluation Currency
and click onAggregate the selection. All the portfolios of your groups will be aggregated and shown in the revaluation currency.
Manage Groups.
For clients holding multiple portfolios or for Financial Intermediaries, we have developed the new functionalityManage Groups. You can create, edit and delete groups of portfolios. You may group up to 50 portfolios.
Add Portfolio(s)/Group(s) for Aggregation
Step 1: Select created groups underGroup Nameand/or enter
portfolio numbers and click onAdd to list. You may also use the icon to select portfolio(s).
Step 2: Select aRevaluation Currencyand click on Aggregate.
Remove Portfolio(s)/Group(s) for Aggregation
If you want to remove a portfolio from your selection, check the corresponding box on the left and click onRemove. Save your changes.
Aggregate Portfolios.
For clients holding multiple portfolios or for Financial Intermediaries, we have developed the new functionalityAggregate Portfolios. You can display a consolidated view of several portfolios or group of portfolios. You may aggregate up to 50 portfolios.

Generating statement of assets
You can generate your statement of assets through the functionality Reports→ Adhoc Client Report.
You can choose among several valuation dates (real time or prede-fined valuation dates such as previous business day, previous month end…). You can also choose which asset allocation graph will be displayed in your statement.
The Detailed View Option allows you to generate your statement of assets in a Normal Version View or Short Version View.
Reports.
Consolidated Portfolio Statement
You can generate consolidated (multiple portfolios) portfolio statements. SelectConsolidated Portfolio Statementin the Statement Type field. Choose aValuation Currency. Add portfolios to your selection (manual input or selection throughSelect Portfolio(s) from List). Click onGenerate.
Archived Report
In the menuArchive Reportof theReportstab, you have access to your archived statements of assets, current account statements and advices.
Tip:
You can directly generate a statement of assets by clicking on the function icon Generate Ad-Hoc Statement in the Portfolio Information box.
UBS Quotes
UBS Quotes covers the world’s major stock exchanges and offers you price and market information on over 1.4 million financial instruments. UnderMarkets/Instrumentsyou can view prices of many major stock exchanges. Here you can also find prices of UBS investment funds, UBS derivatives, numerous third-party investment funds and a broad spectrum of unlisted instruments (“OTC instruments”).
Newsprovides you with the latest information on the markets. Use theVirtual portfoliosfunction to combine financial instruments you frequently use in one list and have UBS Quotes update it continu-ally. This saves you a great deal of time because you do not have to update the prices individually. You can also receive notifications by e-mail or SMS from UBS Quotes, for example on limits that have been reached, bonds that are maturing and derivatives that are expiring.
Price and Market Information.
Note:
In order to use all the functions of UBS Quotes as a client of UBS e-banking, you must log in to UBS Quotes with your personal access at least for the first time. Access to UBS Quotes is subject to registration by your client advisor. For further information, you can contact your client advisor.

Change Password
After your first connection you will be requested to change your password. Furthermore, for security reasons, we recommend that you regularly change your password.
Step 1: Click onChange Passwordon the global navigation bar.
Step 2: Enter Current Password. Step 3: Enter your New Password.
Step 4: Confirm your New Password and click onConfirm.
Login Instructions.
Tip:
As the code number changes every 60 seconds, you may need to wait for a new code number before you enter it.
High security thanks to the RSA SecurID Token
Entering the SecureID code is just as easy as entering a password but it is more secure because the Token generates a new code number every 60 seconds.
Step 1: Connect to UBS e-banking Monaco
Go to the UBS e-banking homepage at www.ubs.com/monaco or directly at https://ebanking-ewm-mo.com.
Step 2: Enter User ID and Password
On the Login page, enter your personalUser IDandPassword. When you connect for the first time, you need to enter the password provided by UBS in the letter of confirmation of access.
Step 3: Enter your Secure ID

Security in UBS e-banking
If you follow the guidelines and tips on this page, you can help make UBS e-banking more secure:
• Never keep your Secure ID (Token) together with your User ID and password.
• Always use an up-to-date firewall and antivirus software on your computer (preferably with a “live update” function).
• Only use the operating systems and Internet browsers recommended by UBS (a list of recommendations is available at
www.ubs.com/e-banking). Regularly install the security updates provided by manufacturers.
• Never respond to any e-mails or links asking you to enter your security features, even if the sender pretends to be UBS. • Log in only on the official UBS e-banking login page. If in doubt,
double-check the login page using the certificate you received from UBS when your connection was established.
• Always use theLogoutbutton to end your secure UBS e-banking session (rather than simply closing the browser window).
• Do not install any software from providers you do not recognize or who do not seem trustworthy.
• Do not open any e-mails from unknown senders and/or any suspicious attachments.
