1 EUG overnights are back, yay - thank you!! Just wondering why ORD has so many 4-days that pay 26 or more hours. Can we get some of those here, too?

2 Why are there so many 7am base report? I would like to see more trips with later show times. Also need more 3 day trips.

3 More locals. Thanks 9/17/2019 2:35 PM
4 More 30+ hour layovers 9/16/2019 4:29 AM
5 Why does Denver only grant 21 part-time flight attendants? I've been on the list for 7 years and can't seem to get part-time ever! We have more 24 more FA's in Oct then we had in June and they still only give PT to 21 FA's.
9/16/2019 2:22 AM
6 More three day trips with a later show in early release so those are commute can make it in that morning and get home the third day. It gets so costly Covering hotel rooms.
9/13/2019 11:32 AM
7 why cant the trips have more paid hours? A 4 day should pay at least 25-30 hours. Time is money
& i would prefer to get hours & work less. There is too much time just sitting & no pay. Why?

8 If I bid the FF position in layers all layers, why was I awarded FA position for 1 trip and FF in all other trips? N5217 9/2 - 9/4 (September bid)

9 Hello, While the new Stand-in Flight directive sounds good theoretically, it does require a little more thought to practical execution. A step by step outline or more examples of situations when it would be used would be helpful. Based on my current experience, Crew Support will not know a flight attendant is late until 11 minutes past check-in. Then CS will call the assigned FA, the PIC, verify there is/isn’t an FA present, make a call for a Stand-in. This will be past the boarding time already. The Stand in arrives within say, 10 minutes, and we are now about 25 minutes into the process (at best). Unless you have less than 10 people boarding, the flight will still be late. The only way this might work is using a deadheading FA, but you are still either waiting for the assigned FA, so you are still going to be late. And the Stand-in only gets half pay (ready reserve).
And really, no uniform? No required items but eFAD and IOQR? This is simply unprofessional.
And now we are being asked to be available for one more thing with no additional compensation.
Disappointing. Where does SIA stand on all of this?
