Introduction
Welcome to Accenture Supplier Management System. This system will be used to track information about current and potential suppliers. The system will also allow you to submit your company’s information to Accenture quickly, easily and efficiently. You will have the convenience of accessing the system online from any computer and at any time. Furthermore, you will be able to update your information at any time, upload your certification information and ensure that your information with Accenture is accurate and current.
This document will walk you through the steps to register and update your information using the system.
What do I need?
To register and maintain your information in the Supplier Management System, all you need is a computer and access to the Internet. The system can be accessed from any computer that uses Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. No other browser or platform is supported at this time.
You will also need to provide the following information and supporting documentation:
• General Company Information including Company Name, Former Company Name(s) Used, Doing Business As, Website, Fed Tax ID, Dun and Bradstreet Number, Currently Doing Business With Accenture (Yes/No), Headquarters Information etc.
• Business/Financial Information including Year Established, Gross Annual Sales for the last 3 years, Number of Employees and Legal Structure
• Product/Services Information including Accenture Service Codes, NAICS Codes, Accenture Skills, Product/Service Description and Geographical Service Area
• Diversity Information (only applicable if a diverse company) including Diversity Category, Ethnicity (only if diversity category is MBE) and Certification Details
How do I get started?
You can access the application at:
1. http://accenture.cvmsolutions.com Type this address in the address window of your browser and press enter. This will take you to the login page below:
If you are already registered, login to the application with your id and password. For first time registrations, clicking on ‘Click Here’ link will open the ‘Supplier Registration’ page.
Click here to register Enter User Name
Please enter all the required information, read and accept the “Terms of Use Agreement” and then click on the Submit button to submit your profile. Please note, the submit button will not be enabled until you have scrolled through to the bottom of the “Terms of Use”.
The Supplier Management System allows only one registration per supplier. The following table breaks down the way the system processes the information entered in the previous step:

submit. This page is shown only for the first time the profile is being created.
The next step in the Supplier Management process is to create a user for the supplier.
Provide the information that is required (marked with a red asterisk) and hit the next button.
Getting familiar with the Supplier Management System
Once you log into the application, you will be directed to your company’s default page. The navigation layout through the application is essentially the same and you should get to know these features so that you will be able to move about the Supplier Management System effectively.

2. Page Tabs Takes you directly to the required page. (For a first time registry all subsequent tabs will be disabled until all required information is provided in earlier tabs)
3. Next Click this button to proceed to the next step without saving any changes that may have been made. Not available until first registration.

Click this button to save all changes on the current page and proceed to the next step
Using the navigation buttons at the bottom of every page, please navigate to all pages of the profile and submit your information. Once submitted, you can update your information anytime with the ID and password.
Note: If your session is idle for more than 240 minutes, your session will time out and you will need to log in again.
Updating your Company Profile
Once registered, after logging in to the Supplier Management System, you will automatically be taken to your company’s profile. You may also access this page by clicking the ‘Profile Maintenance’ link in the left navigation menu, and then selecting the ‘Update Company Profile’ link.
Uploading Documents
This will display the upload documents form.
Click the ‘Browse’ button to open the file selection box, and select the file to upload.
Provide a brief description of the upload file.

Add a short description for the uploaded file. After you have selected all the files that you wish to upload, click the ‘Send Documents’ button. After a few moments (as the files upload), the upload confirmation dialog will be displayed.
Click ‘OK’ to close the dialog. Your files will be saved to your company’s profile when you click ‘Save and Next’.
Updating Your Contact Information
You can access the page to update your contact information by clicking the ‘Profile Maintenance’ link in the left navigation menu, and then select the ‘My Contact Info’ link.
