As a family, we were well aware that the property market was quickly changing, and has had to adapt to the vast and growing majority of the population including ourselves, who now scan the internet for properties in the peaceful surroundings of their own home rather trawl the high streets searching for Estate Agents while glancing at their shop windows for their next dream

Our customers can choose our low, fixed price property Sales package of £349 to sell their home, alternatively our Classic Packages offers 0.5% fee with NO UPFRONT FEE (a minimum completion fee of £950 applies) there are no hidden charges or extras, all our packages highlight exactly what our homeowners are paying for.
Ensuring we deliver the highest level of customer service across the board, nu:move also ensure all of our properties are highly publicised, advertising on all of the major portals, including Rightmove, Zoopla, and Prime Location, additional regional and national advertising, upcoming campaigns via Sky TV, combined with our other marketing methods, including social media

nu:move offer Franchise’s in your area from as little as £3995 + VAT to included your exclusive territorial area.
Unlike other Francisees we include both Sales and Lettings as part of your Franchise business.
Franchisor – nu:move
A free comparable valuation on the property is provided by nu:move and sent to the Franchisee. On property instruction, a nu:move executive is booked to provide the following services.
Energy Performance Certificate, photographs, a floor plan, full property description and to carry out viewings when necessary.
Our development team upload the property to our website and major property portals including (Right Move, Zoopla, Prime Location and many more).
Reference checking, credit checking, assured tenancy agreements are arranged for by nu:move for lettings.
Management of the Landlord’s accounts is carried out by nu: move head office.
nu:move arrange for the ‘for Sale’, ‘to Let’ or ‘Auction’ boards to be erected. nu: move provide feedback to the Franchisee via the ‘Buzz’ system through to completion.
Upon successful enrolment, the Franchisee represents nu:move in an Area of Prime Responsibility (a dedicated geographical area).
The Franchisee is instructed to visit the vendor and give a free valuation (a comparable valuation report is provided by nu:move prior to the meeting).
The Franchisee accompanies potential buyers to viewings and provides feedback to nu:move (on certain packages only).
The Franchisee also supplies feedback to vendor until their property is sold or let.
In the case of Lettings, a ‘check-in’ and ‘check-out’ inventory is produced by the Franchisee.
The Franchisee negotiates offers, acting as an intermediary between the vendor/landlord and buyer/tenant to negotiate the best Sale/Let price.
The Franchisee provides feedback via our internal cloud based ‘Buzz’ system to nu:move.

Initial Setup Fee £99 + VAT (non refundable).
A Commitment Fee of 20% + Vat of the total Franchise Fee is payable on the commencement of your franchise agreement. The provision of a Grace Period may be negotiated, to assist you while establishing your exclusive nu:move Franchise Area.
Payments will commence thereafter, in 12 equal monthly payments (interest free).
Once the client has instructed nu:move to provide Sales, Let or
Auction Services, nu:move retains a fee of £135.00 per property for Sales Boards and DEA Costs.
Sales Board £35.
DEA’s Costs of £100 to include EPC, property description, photographs and 2D floor plan.
Nu:move and our franchisee share all fees 50%-50% thereafter. • Including all other income streams:
