This new program has been expanded from the popular two-day offering of the Master Controller Essentials workshop. Three days focused on technical and strategic capabilities have been added to help you better understand how to build your versatility as a controller. The program focuses on practical methods to meet the many challenges faced by Controllers and Directors of Finance, and provides guidance on essential tools to sharpen your financial and management skills and abilities. At the end of this program, you will be able to better understand what organizations expect from the controllership position, and identify gaps in your current professional work experience.

• Five highly-interactive days of learning, including two days of soft skills building, two days focused on technical content, and the last day will be spent working through a hands-on case simulation that will reinforce key concepts of the program.

Barbara is a highly accomplished financial professional and management consultant, and a top-rated instructor for CMA Ontario’s Strategic Leadership Program, Executive Program, and Case Exam and Board Report preparation sessions. She teaches credit management and accounting courses at the B. Comm. and MBA levels at The DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University as well as Nipissing University. Her

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than two weeks prior to the program start date are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

Cancellations within two weeks of the program start date are non-refundable.
