USE YOUR SCHOOL’S GOOGLE ACCOUNT
If you are not signed in to a Google account, it will ask you to provide the email address.
If you are already signed in to your Google account, it will prompt you to select that account.
IF YOU ARE BRAND NEW TO CS FIRST, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO FILL OUT YOUR PROFILE GO TO CS FIRST:

CREATE YOUR 1ST CLASS
IMPORT FROM CLASSROOM CLICK THE OR THE LINKED TEXTSEE THE NEXT PAGE IF YOU ARE NOT USING GOOGLE CLASSROOM
If you already have your students inside Google Classroom, you can import them into CS First automatically.
Then when students log into CS First using their school’s Google Account, they will see your invite.

STUDENT LOGIN OPTIONS
When students go to g.co/csfirst/co-teach they will see the option “I’m a student”. They will then have a choice to Sign in with Google or Sign in with CS First
If students were imported using Google Classroom, all students need to do is select “Join Class”
SEE THE NEXT PAGE IF STUDENTS ARE NOT USING GOOGLE ACCOUNTS SIGN IN WITH GOOGLE
If students were NOT imported using Google Classroom, they will be prompted to join a class using a class code.

CS FIRST ACCOUNTS
When you sign in with CS first, students will have an
anonymous username and password, generated for them.

If you already have a login and password, enter it here. If not Click on create account at the bottom.

When you click on the create an account you will be asked for teachers permission. Click I understand. Cs First will generate a code for you (WRITE IT DOWN). Then click the two boxes and sign in.

ADDING UNITS
At the right side of your class dashboard you will find a + sign and the word Add Units. Click on this button to bring you to the curriculum page.
OR
You can also click on curriculum in the teacher dashboard.
Both ways will bring you to the Curriculum page where you will see a wide range of activities.

CS FIRST DASHBOARD
Your CS First Dashboard is the central hub of your CS First classrooms.
In the Centre you will find all of your classes and their codes. When you click on a specific class you can see all of your projects and student work.
Along the side you have buttons to create classes, see archived classes, projects and At the top you can access CS first curriculum and resources

“My projects” section allows you to see all of the projects you have started as a teacher.
Inside of the classroom view you can see the units that you have added, the progress of those units and the projects that have been submitted
When you are in the individual class you can see the students in your class, there username and any projects they are working on (including the ones not assigned). You can also reset their
