Innovhub -SSI is an active partner of the territorial information desk on CLP and REACH (SIT-REACH) which refers to the Italian Help Desk (under the Italian Ministry of Economy).
Task is to provide free information, help and assistance to companies, especially SMEs, on CLP and REACH.
Innovhub organize and participate as speakers in seminars, conferences and info days (workshops) on CLP and REACH.
The experts of provide direct answers to questions on REACH issues or, in case of complex situations, turn over the question to the Italian HelpDesk.

REACH:Good practice in France : The French network was invited by the Ministry in charge of Reach matters to participate in meetings to implement actions.
A steering committee was set up involving EEN as partner to design and monitor actions.
The webinars most popular tool. every other week for almost a year (2012-2013), 40 to 100 participants each time.
EEN France also organized seminars with the French
ministry. 20 seminars were held all across the country with SMEs, local EENs and the Ministry in 2012. It was in Strasbourg in April 2012, we also took this opportunity to gather the representatives of local enforcement bodies.
A leaflet was published. Participation, as representative of a chamber of commerce and industry, in the chemical industry strategic committee of Alsace.
CCIS –

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Slovenia (CCIS) and partner of Slovenian EEN consoritum, is actively involved in coordination of REACH and CLP regulations that are provided by Chemical Office of the Republic of Slovenia governing the legislation in this area.
The Slovenian Association of Chemical Industry (SACI) have a section regarding the awareness of REACH and CLP on the CCIS portal
(http://reachthereach.gzs.si/slo/).
Slovenian companies may ask specific questions regarding CLP through the
interactive form at the website. The questions are addressed to the head of SACI.

In case of complex questions the CCIS collaborates with consultants and organizes the meetings at CCIS quarters.
CCIS organizes annual conferences regarding CLP and REACH regulation in order to inform the Slovenian SMEs on the CLP regulation and raise the awareness on the CLP regulation changes.
In the framework of the Slovenian national project relating to promotion of health in the workplace CCIS prepared materials and they organize annual trainings (e.g. train the trainers) for education of people (e.g. safety
engineers) responsible for dissemination of CLP regulations inside the Slovenian companies.

•re-classification of mixtures •compilation of safety data sheets
•REACH registrations & pre-registrations
¾One of the hurdles for especially SME companies is the re-classification of mixtures, which is due June 2015.
¾Changing to other label formats/ sizes and colors is also a challenge for the industry.
