THE INNOVATION & TECH TRANSFER EXCHANGE

The annual MassDOT Innovation and Tech Transfer Exchange will host over 600 transportation professionals seeking the latest innovative technologies and equipment.

Over 30 breakout sessions will be held during this two-day event, creating opportunities to learn about transportation innovations in Construction, Safety, Planning/Design, Software/Hardware, Operations/

Management, Policy, and Technology - and to discuss with peers, the advantages and challenges each. Innovative Equipment used for Construction, Safety, and Maintenance operations will also be featured on the first day. The Exchange offers you an incredible opportunity to display

your company’s latest products, technological advances, and equipment to the individuals making operations and purchasing decisions. Representatives will include participants from FHWA, MassDOT, municipalities, consultants, contractors, vendors and manufacturers. The Exchange will take place March 8-9 at the DCU Center in Worcester. Don’t miss the largest tech transfer event in the state! THIRD FLOOR EXHIBITOR BOOTH INFORMATION

BOOTH INCLUDES:

• Table-top display area with 8 foot skirted table, one chair and one waste paper basket

• Additional chairs are available on request, depending on the number of attendees that your organization registers.

• Indicate any special considerations and requests, including electrical outlets.

Exhibitors/Sponsors will be required to pay for any exhibit-specific audiovisual equipment, such as a table-top or free-standing TV-VCR. Please contact the Baystate Roads at 413-577-2762, for specific equipment costs.

• Exhibitors can set up on March 7, between 10:00am and 4:00pm.

• Dismantling of exhibits may not occur prior to 1:00 pm on March 9, 2016.

• Arrangements may be made for shipment and storage of exhibitor displays to The DCU Center prior to the conference. There will be handling charges depending on the weight of the package(s). Should you need to ship items to The DCU Center for use during your event, please address the boxes as follows:

FIRST FLOOR EQUIPMENT EXHIBITOR BOOTH INFORMATION

LARGE EQUIPMENT BOOTH:

• 30'x40' space with 8 foot skirted table, one chair and one waste paper basket.

• Additional chairs are available on request, depending on the number of attendees that your organization registers.

SMALL EQUIPMENT BOOTH:

• 15'x40' space with 8 foot skirted table, one chair and one waste paper basket.

• Additional chairs are available on request, depending on the number of attendees that your organization registers.

Equipment Exhibitor set up is on March 7, between 8:00am and 4:00pm.

**SPECIFIC ARRIVAL TIMES WILL BE ASSIGNED BASED ON BOOTH LOCATION** Exiting of equipment may not occur prior to 4:00pm on March 8, 2016.

Please note all exhibitors will receive a confirmation from Baystate Roads once your registration form and payment have been received. Unloading instructions will be emailed to exhibitors prior to the event. After receiving confirmation of your registration, we ask that you visit www.MassDOTInnovation.com and register all attendees for the event from your organization.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Anything over 8 ft. high must be setup by DCU Center for safety reasons. No helium balloons, open flames, propane tanks are allowed. Vehicles must have 1/4 tank or less of fuel and keys must be left with DCU security while the vehicle is in the building. No outside food is allowed. Exhibitors should bring their own carts or dollies.

THE DCU CENTER

The Convention Center has 100,310 square feet of exhibit space, 23,636 square feet in 11 meeting rooms, and a 12,144 square foot ballroom, (the largest in Central Massachusetts). The DCU Center is designed and sized specifically for the professional fulfillment, comfort and budget of small to large-sized conventions, meetings, social events and trade shows.

Exhibitor Assistants must pre-register at $175.00 each. Non-Profits interested in being a sponsor must pay regular sponsor fees.

Government Agencies are EXEMPT from the exhibit fee, but each agency participant must pre-register for the conference at $75.00.
