MAKING THE EXPO A SUCCESS FOR YOU

BOOTH SPACE, EQUIPMENT & PRICING.

Each 10’ X 10’ booth receives a booth sign, gray booth carpeting, and burgundy and white

draping. Other furnishings can be obtained from Brede Exposition Services via their Exhibitor

Services Kit. You are welcome to furnish and move in your own booth equipment at no added

cost. Booth space has 8 foot high back drape with 3 foot high side divider drapes. No signs,

displays or equipment will be permitted above the booth height or above the side rails at a point

beyond 5 feet from the back wall. Displays must be erected so as not to obscure or interfere with

adjacent exhibit space. Complete Exhibit Rules and Regulations are found on the reverse side of

your Exhibit Booth Contract. The EXPO is sponsored by membership of the NCEMC - North

Central Electrical Manufacturers Club, Inc.

NCEMC Member Booth: $1,800

(selection starts on Oct. 30, 2015)

Non-Member Booth: $2,300

(selection starts on Nov. 9, 2015)

EXHIBITOR PARAMETERS.

The Upper Midwest Electrical EXPO is strictly a manufacturer’s and agent’s trade show. Exhibit

space will be sold only to direct manufacturer representatives or manufacturer’s agents of

electrical or electrically related products. No exceptions!

BOOTH SPACE SELECTION.

Members of the NCEMC have first choice of booth space on October 30, 2015. Qualifying

non-member exhibitors have the choice of any remaining booth space on a first come, first served

basis, beginning November 9, 2015 by calling the EXPO Manager at 952-854-4405.

MOVE IN & MOVE OUT.

Installation begins at noon on Tuesday, April 12 and must be completed by 9:00 AM on

Wednesday, April 13. Removal begins at 4:00 PM on Thursday, April 14 and must be complete by

11:00 AM on Friday, April 15. Arrange shipping for your exhibit with Brede Exposition via the

Exhibitor Service Kit. Drive into the exhibit hall for loading/unloading.

CHARACTER OF EXHIBITS.

Each exhibitor is to display only those products or services which are sold by the electrical

manufacturer in its regular course of business. The EXPO Management reserves the right to

reject any exhibit, or any part thereof, which is not in keeping with the general character and

overall objectives of the event.

CONTRACTS & SERVICE ORDERS.

Upon receipt of full booth payment, the exhibit contact person listed on the contract will receive a

duplicate copy of the completed Exhibit Booth Contract along with the Exhibitor Services Kit. The

Exhibitor Service Kit is mailed when the booth is paid in full and starting early February, 2015.

Our EXPO management prides ourselves on the ability to communicate clearly with our

exhibitors. We know the electrical industry, we know your customers, and most of all we know

that you expect a return on your EXPO investment.
