Airport development Advised on the redevelopment of London Southend Airport, and London Oxford (Kidlington) Airport. Compulsory purchase Advised London Thames Gateway Development Corporation on the creation of a new linear park, footpath and footbridges between the River Thames and the 2012 Olympic Park. Development agreements/obligations Advised Burberry Group plc in relation to the development obligations associated with the relocation of its London HQ to Horseferry House, adjacent to MI5’s Thames House, and other London based premises. Development agreements/obligations Advised London Borough of Hackney in relation to development obligations associated with the redevelopment of the Woodberry Down Estate. Development agreements/obligations Advised Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead in relation to development obligations associated with the proposed Kings Triangle development. Disposal of public land Advised London Borough of Hackney in relation to the disposal and redevelopment of its land at Dalston Junction, pursuant to a joint venture agreement between the Council, the London Development Agency, Transport for London and Barratt Homes. Energy development Advising DONG Energy in relation to a Development Consent Order for a 750 MW extension to the Walney Offshore Windfarm.
