As one of top 10 largest U.S. MSAs, Atlanta is a modern, vibrant city with a desirable population segment with higher income, well-educated families living and working in a concentrated area. The city’s rich history and top attractions – which range from outdoor adventures on Stone Mountain, thrilling sports teams like the Atlanta Braves and the Atlanta Falcons, as well as a thriving cultural scene – attract 37 million visitors each year.

Located in Gwinnett County, a bedroom suburb of Metro Atlanta, and the 15th largest school system in the U.S., The Avenue Webb Gin is the premier shopping destination for the young families that comprise this lively community. A dynamic mix of national retailers, select local merchants and a variety of restaurants make The Avenue Webb Gin a hub of constant activity and an outstanding place to work, play, dine and shop.

With 333,795 square feet of high-quality shopping and dining, plus 17,212 square feet of office space, this outdoor fashion center is populated by a specialty mix of apparel, accessories and home retailers as well as a strong variety of casual and fast casual restaurants.

Located within the Atlanta MSA, The Avenue Webb Gin is an open-air, mixed-use shopping destination serving a consumer base within a populous trade area comprised of Lawrenceville, Snellville, Lilburn, Loganville, Grayson and Gwinnett County.

The Avenue Webb Gin’s primary customer demographics are highly desirable – young, higher income consumers with families. Nearly half of the residents have children under the age of 18, and more than 40 percent of the residents have incomes of $75,000+. Twenty-six percent of the population is less than 14 years of age, highlighting the strength of children and juniors in the market.

Home to leading Fortune 500 companies like AGCO Corporation, Primerica and Cisco Systems, Gwinnett County offers invaluable opportunity for corporate headquarter and regional office locations and has been named among America’s “Hottest Cities for Business Relocation and Expansion” by Expansion Management magazine.

There are 80,492 daytime employees within the primary trade area. Of that, 67 percent are white-collar workers with 66 percent having some college education or higher.

Two distinct benefits position

The Avenue Webb Gin as the customer-preferred shopping destination in the market. First is the special mix of high-quality retailers and restaurants; second is the unique shopping atmosphere created by careful attention to architectural and landscaping details. These principles are the focus of an integrated marketing campaign that communicates this message to consumers every day.

While some may believe “create an enjoyable shopping environment and they will come,” we choose to be certain and drive consumer traffic by telling them about it as well. And to us, that means investing the necessary resources to ensure our retail partners are successful and, more importantly, that our shared customer is happy.
