July 23, 2015 The following is an overview of this release.

Enhancements: In this release, we made the following enhancements:

l Billing Info- We improved validation of credit card and EFT

entries inMember Billing and Electronic Agreement Entry.

l Inventory- We added a warning message when inactivating a

catalog item or club item that is tied to a payment plan.

l Online Signup- In original Online Signup, when a member

enters credit card information in theDue Today section, it is now added to that member'sCard on File in DataTrak.

l Payment Plans- Now you can make theSales Person field

required in web payment plans. Fixed Issues: We also fixed the following issues:

l Electronic Agreement Entry- We fixed a variety of issues

related to entering or updating billing information.

l Workstation- Sometimes when visiting the Edit Workstation

Advanced tab, an unexpected alert was displayed.

Billing Info

Member Billing

We have updated the system to more consistently consolidate and validate against similar credit card or EFT billing entries when adding or updating a member's billing information in DataTrak or MYiCLUBonline.

Electronic Agreement Entry

Billing Info

We have updated the Billing Info section to improve the process of consolidating similar credit card or EFT entries using different Buyer Names or Expiration Dates. Now, DataTrak will use the following update priorities:

1. ABC Billing 2. Card on File 3. Club Account

Save & Hold

We have updated the Save & Hold feature to more actively validate against invalid Billing Info data.

You can no longer save and hold previously-existing agreements (such as Rewrites, Renews, Upgrade/Downgrade) when ABC Billing contains blank fields (with the exception of the Postal Code, which can be blank).

In addition, Card on File and Club Account will be automatically disabled if they contain blank fields upon Save & Hold for all agreement types.

Inventory

Catalog Items/Club Items

Previously, when inactivating a catalog item or a club item that was attached to a payment plan, DataTrak did not provide a warning message.

Now, a warning message will appear if the item is used in a payment plan. You can click Yes to inactivate the item and stop using it in the payment plan, or you can click No to allow the item to remain active.

An example of the warning message is shown below.

Online Signup

We enhanced the original Online Signup to automatically add the credit card used in the Due Today section to the member’s Card on File entry in DataTrak.

Payment Plans

We have enhanced DataTrak to allow you to select Required for the Sales Person field when configuring a Web Payment Plan’s display setting.

Previously when setting up web payment plans, you could not make Sales Person a required field; the only options were Hidden or Shown as indicated below.

Now you can select Required for the Sales Person field on web plans as shown in the following example.

Fixed Issues

Electronic Agreement Entry

Billing Info

ISSUE

In some cases, you were allowed to swipe a credit card or EFT payment type directly after selecting a new payment plan, resulting in some fields containing incompatible data.

SOLUTION

To resolve this issue, we updated the system to only allow credit card or EFT swipes for the primary member when on the Billing Info tab.

ISSUE

DataTrak allowed you to change the credit card type without changing the credit card number, resulting in incompatible data.

SOLUTION

To resolve this issue, we have added validation that will prevent you from saving the change if the data is incompatible. An example of the error message is shown below.

ISSUE

When entering billing information, if the Card on File was initially set to match ABC/Club Billing, but then the ABC/Club Billing was changed to EFT or Statement, the Card on File information was inadvertently discarded.

This issue also caused Club Account information to be discarded when ABC/Club Billing was set to Cash or Statement.

SOLUTION

We have updated the system to ensure that it retains Card on File or Club Account information even if a different payment method is later selected for ABC/Club Billing.

ISSUE

When the Billing Info section contained multiple lines of billing instructions, some of the windows were displayed outside of the page’s visual formatting as shown in the following example.

SOLUTION

We have resolved this issue. Now the information is formatted correctly inside the page frame.

ISSUE

In some cases, if End-to-End Encryption was enabled for the club and a VeriFone device was attached to the workstation, when you visited the Advanced tab on the Edit Workstation page, DataTrak produced an unexpected alert related to the VeriFone device.
