TAUZIA Hotel Management established in 2001 and has since 2002, pioneered its own hotel concepts and products in Indonesia with a collection of brands ranging from deluxe properties - WORLDHOTELS and PRÉFÉRENCE HOTELS, mid-scale - HARRIS Hotels, the economic segment - Yello Hotels and “eco- friendly” budget hotels - POP! Hotels, as well as TAUZIA’s Estate Management service.

Our Consulting division has also completed and contributed to numerous residential and hotel projects throughout Indonesia in addition to our brands.

The TAUZIA Corporate Team are based in the Jakarta head office. Consisting of 80 members, the team is composed of a panel of highly qualified experts that are vital to supporting and following-up on the daily operations of the properties managed by TAUZIA.

TAUZIA Hotel Management provides active assistance in Finance, Human Resources, Branding, Product Development, Graphic Design, Sales & Marketing, Technical Architecture, E-distribution and IT.

TAUZIA’s expertise and performance comes from the contribution of its team, bringing a range of operational experience in various backgrounds: Management, Human Resources, Finance, Branding, Sales & Marketing, Communications, Technical Architecture, E- Commerce and IT services:

Christophe GLASS, Brand Director - HARRIS Hotels

A graduate of Lausanne Hotel Management School (Switzerland) After 10 years of hotel operational experience in Europe with various hotel chains, he lead de- velopment of the Accor network in Indonesia from 1996 to 2000. Mr. Glass con- tributes to TAUZIA’s successful results with his operational management and legal & financial expertise.

Marc STEINMEYER, President Director

A graduate of Glion Hotel Management School (Switzerland), he is a former Chief Ex- ecutive Officer of Accor in Asia. Within 20 years of dedicated service at this leading hotel company, he has developed and operated the Accor network in Indonesia, Ma- laysia and Singapore from 1993 and later extended to South and South-East Asia in 1999 until 2001. Marc founded TAUZIA in 2001 and brings an extensive knowledge of the hotel industry, tourism and catering in terms of Management, Human Resources, Product Development, Marketing and Finance.

Eric SIMARD, Brand Director - Préférence Hotels & Yello Hotels

A Graduate of Hotel School in Vannes, France; Eric brings with him over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. In South East Asia, Eric worked for 9 years with Accor (Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia). He then joined Victoria Hotels and Resorts where he worked for 9 years, 5 years as Managing Director. He is in charge of Yello Hotels, Préférence Hotels, Managed By and Worldhotel proper- ties under TAUZIA Management.

Irene J. BUDIASIH, Brand Director - POP! Hotels

Graduated in Economics, with a major in Finance - Accounting systems, Irene is in charge of POP! Hotel Operations overlooking property performances. With her extensive experience in the Hospitality industry, She ensures operational efficiency, effectively and consistency for the benefit of both at POP! Hotels and customers.

Pierre LEBLAN, Corporate Finance Director

Graduated with an MBA from ESSEC Business School in Paris, Pierre oversees all corporate financial matters. He is in charge of developing, implementing and maintaining accounts and formulating adminnistrative policy and procedures in Tauzia. Pierre also provides analysis and reporting of financial performances internally and externally.

Yusuf IJSSELDIJK, Corporate Sales & Marketing Director

Yusuf Ijsseldijk is now head of our Sales and Marketing in TAUZIA Hotel Management. An industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in the Asian hospitality industry, including traditional tour operating, online travel and hotels. Prior to joining Tauzia, he worked for Accor, the Wotif Group and is the founder of Indonesia’s first online travel agent, GoIndonesia.

Robby FACHRI, Corporate Director of Human Resources

Graduated from NHI Bandung, Robby brings to TAUZIA a rich background in Human Resources from Starwood, McDonalds and Marriott. He is in charge of Corporate Human Resources and Training, providing support to existing and upcoming properties in talent development.

Rina DWI UTAMI, Corporate IT Manager

A graduate of Mercubuana University, Rina is in charge of managing all I.T matters and integration processes across the company. She manages TAUZIA’s IT Networks and runs the IT systems of HARRIS Hotels, Préferénce Hotels, and POP! Hotels.

Graduated from Tarumanegara University, Jakarta. Fira is in charge of technical assessments and provides expertise for hotel projects. She reviews our project simulations to meet the standards and qualifications of TAUZIA Hotel Management.

She offers brand guidance, assisting development of the hotel concept by conducting research and feasibility studies.

Andi FIRMAN, Corporate Architect

Graduated from University of Trisakti majoring in Architecture. Andi brings not only his detailed design skills, using advanced technology, but also has 8 years of experience handling large scale projects in architectural and interior design internationally. He is now responsible for providing guidance towards TAUZIA Corporate projects

Yan PURNOMO, Corporate Architect

Graduated from Sebelas Maret University, Solo. Yan has extensive experience in design and project development in the hotel industry. He is responsible for developing the guidelines of TAUZIA’s corporate projects and assures.

Daniel D. SUGANDA, Corporate Architect

A graduate of Parahyangan Catholic University Bandung with a major in civil enginering and a postgraduate degree in architecture from the Bandung Institute of Technology with solid experience in design & construction. Daniel is in charge of technical assessments and provides expertise for new hotel projects. His background, combined with his experience ensures comprehensive oversight of all our projects.

Graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung; Milly is in charge of technical assessment and provides expertise for hotel projects. She reviews our project simulations by brand to meet the standards and qualifications given.

She offers brands guidance, assisting the hotel concept development by conducting research and feasibility studies.

Fretty Carolina HUTAPEA, Corporate Architect

Graduated from University of Indonesia with major in Architecture, Fretty has multifaceted 10 years of working experience from Architecture, Interior Design Consultant, Commercial and Residential Property Developer to Reputable International Hotel Chain. This contributes to her ability to manage her responsibilities in TAUZIA Hotel Management. She is in charge of technical assessment, providing expertise for hotel projects and keeping architecture and interior design within the corridor of TAUZIA brands’ concepts.

Clement SEBBAN, Business Development Director

Graduated in International Business and Geopolitics from the Institute of International Relations Studies in Paris, Clement also attained a postgraduate diploma from the Glion Hotel Management School, Switzerland. Clement is responsible for TAUZIA’s development in Indonesia and Singapore, expanding all brands, Managed by, and Imagined by Tauzia Hotel Management.

SELIHAYANI, Corporate Architect

Graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung and experienced in handling architecture and interior projects primarily in hospitality, Seli possesses the sensitivity of design discipline and the partical knowledge of the hospitality industry. She is mandated to ensure that every architectural and interior design aspect of the project fulfills TAUZIA’s vision of hospitality.
